In front of the villa there was some water that should have been changed, because it didn’t look very nice. Also the villa is not new. The price is high due to the excellent location.

The location directly at the beach was wonderful. The pool in front of the apartment was also great and clean. Our kids loved it. Just a short distance on the beach you can find many good restaurants and just in front of the villa you can have a massage. Ray the hostess was also great. Organized motorbikes and laundry and was always very responsive.

We were travelling with a group of 10 so this was the perfect location for us all to be together. 2 families stayed in a beachfront villa and another couple had an apartment. The pool was clean and refreshing. The convenience of the location meant we had door to door drop offs for a speedboat tour and could order take away food from the restaurant next door when we didn’t feel like going out. Miss this place already!!

Our host was delightful. She could not have done any more for us, both booking taxis and continually providing us with bottled water whenever we needed it. Thank you so much. The apartments and beach front was gorgeous and the pool and loungers were idyllic. We loved it. The range of activities including diving, snorkelling and a Thai cooking course was truly excellent. A wonderful stay!

No air con in kitchen and lounge. The beds were a bit creaky and hard which is fairly normal in Thailand. Would still stay there again without question.

Check-in was very easy and very efficient. The villa was perfect for our family. Three very big bedrooms each with its own bathroom. There was also an extra guest toilet in the family room. Each bedroom had airconditioning which worked very well. The villa was very clean. Plenty of towels and if requested fresh towels would be available every day. As many bottles of water was also available and replaced every day. 12 bottles of water arrrived every time we asked for water. The swimming pool was cleaned every morning . The villa was on the beach so the view from the pool / bedroom was spectacular. You cannot beat that view!! Massages on the beach was literally 20 steps away from the villa. Supermarket/laundry/tuk tuk was across the road and many restaurants were a few steps away. Ray, the manager, was absolutely fantastic!! Messages were attended to within a minute or two and nothing was too much trouble for her. A doctors appointment was made as well as a driver sent to take us to the clinic (at no extra charge). She also gave us a very late checkout as our flight was only at 11.30pm!! She truly was a wonderful host/manager. We loved our stay at the villa.

We, a family of 4, arrived late at night and Ray met us to check us in. We were very pleased with the 2 bedroom right at the pool and steps to the beach. It is centrally located to some good restaurants and a mini-market. We had our laundry done on site and it was well done and reasonably priced. I even forgot my jewelry box and Ray went above and beyond by mailing it to our next destination. We would definitely recommend this place for the facility, location and service.

The little kitchen could have been better equipped. Don't plan on using it to cook a meal. Luckily eating out is the best option!

Beautiful situation overlooking infinity pool and beach. Never busy or noisy. Our apartment was well furnished and very comfortable . The manager, Ray, helped us with all activities, taxis, transfers and so on. Same day laundry service brilliant. Close to good selection of places to eat and shop. Lanta Nature does the best breakfasts. Massage facilities in front by the beach the best ever.

Ray was so helpful and welcoming. Our stay was amazing. The property is just on the beach with a private swimmingpool in front. The rooms are spacious and clean. Plenty restaurant options nearby. Highly recommended place to stay to get some calm, relax and recess!

Top bedroom and lounge area had a slight toilet smell that did dissipate with AC and windows open - not sure where it was from. TV didn't work at first but somehow fixed itself. It would have been nice to have a tap water filter (even the cheap hotels in Malaysia we stayed at had one) to make us feel less guilty about the number of water bottles we got through Beds were quite hard

Beautiful property - we had the villa with pool which was immaculate and came with kitchen area, fridge and lounge area, sunset viewing bedroom and roof terrace. The furniture was tasteful and functional Ray was an amazing host and always reachable and happy to help with things around the property as well as discounts for day trips etc. The property also has access to a larger communal pool and stretch of Klong nin beach, massage area.

We had a fabulous stay at the Thai Dream Estate. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, the grounds / swimming pool were exceptionally well kept and maintained and the location was stunning right on the beach with some lovely restaurants and bars within walking distance. The estate manager Ray is a lovely lady and very helpful. She is on hand all the time to help with any query or give advice. I would thoroughly recommend a stay here and hope one day to return ourselves!

The kitchen and living room area do not have AC but the fans made it comfortable enough. We actually spent more time outside in the dining pavilion than in the living room.

This place is private and so well kept. I was totally impressed with the cleanliness and care of the place. Whatever we needed was instantly provided. We had a great time here and the sunsets are unmatched.

A beautiful peaceful & private villa with gorgeous plants, tropical flowers , butterflies & bumble bees are your friends😁 2 minutes walk to amazing food/ bars/ pristine beach🤩 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms all separate from the large living space , with lounge,dining & extra toilet 👌gorgeous infinity pool ( which is cleaned regularly) & a great temperature ( refreshing) clean towels provided every day ( for the pool or beach) water bottles whenever you require ( important ) Villa rooms cleaned everyday, on site taxi service & Ray & her staff will go the extra , extra! to make your stay memorable & amazing

I would have given this 10 stars but the lack of AC in the villa living room/kitchen greatly reduced its value to us. They should put ac in and raise the price of the unit a little. You have to leave the doors open to get it even tolerable, but that lets all the mosquitos in. So daytime this is a big 10, nighttime more like a 7.

We were in a Villa right on the water. The location was unbelievable! Fantastic views, access to the ocean, our own pool overlooking the ocean. The manager Rai, was also brilliant. She absolutely is an asset to this place. She was exceptionally responsive and helped us in many ways. Bedroom was great. Also I didn’t initially realize just how close multiple restaurants and a nice massage place were.
