Very modern place - the rooms are done in a loft kind of fashion (hence the name I guess ...), Unfortunately with the bare walls it makes the whole place rather not quiet - you can hear people talking outside on the hallway and someone had the TV running half night next to my room which also didn't help me to sleep ...

Bed was a little hard and the rooms are quite dark but other than that nothing else

The staff were so helpful and always smiling and happy to help. Location was great and had parking for our scooter. Rooms were large and bathroom was great! Pool was fine for me as i like to sunbathe and quickly jump in and out. However if you like to be in tbe pool for a while it isn't often in the sun. However loungers are at around 2/3pm

Only a couple hours of sun per day means the pool time is limited to day use, not a negative but just keep that in mind unless you like a polar plunge after dark.

Beds are great, room was comfortable and quiet, friendly staff, location is top notch! Modern touches in an elevator building. Would definitely stay again.

The rooms are like a bunker with very low light. The shower is leaking on the floor. The pictures do not really reflect the reality (room and pool was smaller than on pictures).

Staff is not nice and doesn't speak english. Had to tell them three different times to fix shower temperature and they didn't seem to care much, they didn't fix it in the three nights I spent there. Request response time is awful. A/C faces directly to the bed, making it very uncomfortable.

A simple room. Quite dark but more of an industrial theme. You could hear the people walking on the floor above. No breakfast included and quite expensive nightly charge for what you get.

The location was fantastic. An easy 5 min walk to Thapae gate, and easy 20 to the Northern gate.

Very austere and minimalist decor. Needs more hanging and/or shelf space. More towel rails. Very firm beds. No bedside lighting.

No atmosphere, staff very unhelpful with information they should know. Wouldn't allow an early checking before 1.30pm unless I paid an extra $400 BAHT, even though they were not at capacity. They also only give 1 room key. The pool was freezing cold and loads of mosquitoes. The air-conditioning in the room didn't work efficiently and was incredibly loud all night. The beds were rock-hard, and the one pillow you were given was thin and lumpy.

overpriced by a long shot . the room was very small, no balcony. there is a list of rules a mile long pricing anything that you may damage from tea spoons to doors , makes you feel very unwelcome

we paid for 7 beds but when we got to the hotel they had only 6 beds for us. they asked for aditional 300 bhat for the bed. we showed them the booking and they saw that we were 7 people but still they did not agree to put another bed in the room.

No possibility of getting more than one key card for the room. Very narrow entry to shower cabin. No closet in room: possibility to hang clothes but no drawers.
