Air conditioning in room was very loud when run for several hours. Proximity to Pattaya will be an issue for some, but it's still easily accessible with your own vehicle or a transportation app like Grab.

Tremendous service (especially the cart team!), fantastic breakfast, unique mix of great amenities (ie the scooters), beautiful rooms, beautifully maintained park-like setting.

Everything was perfect, maybe only the air conditioner was a bit too loud sometimes during the night. Staff was very polite and gentle during our stay,the pool was amazing and the facility is cool and clean. Also super comfy bed. One of the best hotels I've been to.

This is my second time here, 2 bedrooms with pool villa, the room rate is matched my expectations. Suitable for family trips. Children ask to visit the hotel again. The food is great and clean. But the hotel is not close to the sea, can drive around 10km.

The jacuzi tube hasnt yet start for long. The mouth of each jacuzi is hard to clean.

The breakfast was average. There was no hot water in our room, we call the maintenance team twice and they still couldn’t fix it. Even the shower looked like it had broken floor and it didn’t seem safe to use. Room 207.

We liked the decor and the furnishings. The staff at the reception were friendly.

I booked this hotel last year with a friend and i like the location close to wonder fruit and staffs are very helpful. This time i invited 14 friends to the same hotel but Our experience not as expected. Staffs are not very helpful, I forgot to bring a adaptor and as a 5 star hotel you dont provide while my room at 310 also don't have any USB plug... Super disappointment and inconvenient. I dont think next year we will come back again.

I like Jacuzzi spa so much,so I chose our hotel for my trip. After check in, we went to room was so exciting. When I used the spa was not jacuzzi so very disappointed.

Hotel environment is good but better develop the better kid’s club. The kid’s club is too small and nothing to play and my sons are disappointed about it.

The room design is modern and stylist. My kids love the private pool at room very much. It would be better if the pool can provide warm water so that kids will not get cold easier when walking from the private pool to the room. The breakfast buffet is just average and it would be better to add more variety of the food. There’s a bad thing happen on our stay. When we checked in the room, I saw there’s a box of macarons in snack bar as welcome snack. I gave them to my kids. My younger kid ate almost half of the macaron but I found out that there are over 10 live ants on the macaron container. I immediately asked my son to spit out the food but it’s too late. He already swallowed some of macaroon. I’m so angry and I don’t know if he swallowed any ant into his tummy. I’m so angry and informed the hotel staff. This is really a very big mistake from the hotel. Hotel has to pay more attention on the food hygiene.
