The room had everything in you could need for a visit here! Everything worked well and was spotlessly clean, the host provided me with a most delicious Thai breakfast, different every morning ! The property is just kind of hard to find. The location that shows up on google is on the correct street but like 100 meters off. There are also no signs for the accommodation on the street. Otherwise the place is nice.

Very nice room. Big and spacious. The location was great for walking to places. Ac worked well and the bed was nice and comfy. The provided breakfast was great and they accommodated our early breakfast request. The climb up the stairs is not that bad.

Nan the owner went above and beyond to help us . she picked us up from airport and gave loads of advice as to where to visit. The-room is very big and has all you need and location good for visiting night market and general city. Excellent value .

Sure, no elevator, though you only need to carry up your bags once!

Our host Noi was absolutely amazing. Provided airport pickup even with delayed flight. Morning Thai style breakfast epic each day. Room huge, ample space. AC and shower wonderful. Short walk to central area near train station, and also the two night markets around 1.2km away (ASEAN, and Greenway). Would return if ever back this way.

Home made delicious breakfast prepared by the owner. Next to the good location and just by walking destination . It's quiet area but feel safe. Make me feel like home. All in a very good deal for the price we paid. Highly recoomended!

incredibly clean - have a dust allergy & never sneezed once (Did mention to host though!) A speciality coffee stall just 3 minutes down the road, another 5 mins from a famous dimsum place pillows are soft, bed is amazing, thread count is okay - not sure why there was a previous review mentioning this Generally walkable, but very dark at night - most of your first floor neighbours don't lock their doors, so i assume it's incredibly safe in the area building is quiet, haven't seen anyone through the 3 nights great for digital nomads if you are used to solo travelling & want a space to be undisturbed, desk available for laptop work Booked for the unique window aesthetic, you'll get some good window shots for content in the morning if you are into that kind of thing Good breakfast, host offer to pick me up & send me off as well

the decor is a little Alice in Wonderland on shrooms. garish colours in the common areas..watermelon stairwell, bright yellow doors, intense blues contrast against a moody grey in the room, a quirky eccentric object d' art piece, all in all a endearingly kitsch multiple colour palette and vibes..there's no glasses in the room..there's no obvious identifying hotel signage out front, no off street parking..no obvious reception anywhere. quite alot of rain leaked into the room. coffee was just 1 pack instant..no coffee or tea served at breakfast...higher thread count sheets would have been appreciated.

the bed and pillow quality is much higher quality than you'd normally expect to encounter at this price point..the room seemed soundproofed it was so quiet..peaceful..restful.. our food restrictions were catered for at breakfast. although the coffee was the instant packet all in one variety.the hostess was courteous gracious..

Brilliant accommodation in the centre of Hat Yai. Our host was lovely and even collected us from the train station for no additional cost. Lovely big room with a very comfy bed. Excellent bathroom. Wi-Fi excellent and 2 bottles of water in the room. Breakfast was freshly made and brought to our room. Can’t fault this property.

If you are walking from the city centre, perhaps don’t be back too late or better still take a Grab back since some of the roads to this place from the centre is quite dark at night.

Nan is a lovely host. She picked us up from the airport and also gave recommendations on places to go when we arrived. We really enjoyed staying there. There room was clean, comfortable and provided with all the necessities e.g. slippers, toiletries, bathrobe. We read reviews about the good breakfast provided at this place before booking and it did not disappoint. Amazing, amazing local breakfast was provided everyday and you also get a bottle of water each day.

I have been in Hat Yai many times before. This is the best accommodation ever I have found in Hat Yai. The location is perfect, easy to reach everything by walk. It is a very quiet place and there is no loud noise from the traffic. Easy to find a good selection of restaurants and food stalls in the nearby streets. The owner is very kind and helpful. Good and easy communication with her in English before check-in. And also keep in touch with her during your stay there. She provides an amazing and delicious breakfast included in the price of the room. Also she provides laundry service for free. And she provides pick-up or give a lift to the airport for free, if she has free time. The room is quite big, and well equipped. The bed is very comfortable "King Size". There is a flat screen TV with Netflix, air-con, mini fridge, electric kettle, microwave oven and hair dryer in the room. The bathroom with shower is very clean. There is only one thing that is very important! The room is located on the 4th floor and there is no elevator! So if you travel with big suitcases it can be hard to carry them up to the room. I am sure that I will choose her place in the future when I go back to Hat Yai again.

Everything is perfect!

It’s the best choice to live here! Landlady is sooo nice, she picked us up at the airport, the room is very clean and big,the bed is comfy. My favorite is the breakfast! The day before landlady asked us anything we cannot eat or don’t like eat,and it’s very delicious! We can watch Netflix and YouTube for free. The important thing is that landlady help us apply TM30,I really appreciate it!

A little improvement; location in booking is off a few meters (keep walking south and you will be there). Another small improvement it would be to have the option of water refills (less plastic to the world! :) ) Besides that, everything was pretty good!!

I hate to admit this, but as a foodie, the thing I liked most about my stay at the Greenergy was the breakfast. OMG. It was delicious every day and filling in every way. I had a terrible experience with street food in Bangkok and was living off fruits and coconut water for over a week. Then I was introduced to Nan (or her Mom's cooking), and was pleasantly surprised. The breakfast was excellent. I would be remiss if I did not mention how wonderful a host Nan was. She picked me up at the bus terminal, took me back to my hotel room, gave me a ride to the bus when I left, provided me with a list of places and things to do, and even washed my clothing for free! In addition, I mistakenly left some money behind and she contacted me to tell me about it. She then offered to send it to me via Paypal or Western Union. So honest as I did not even realize my mistake. What can I say? I would not hesitate to return to Greenergy on my next visit to Hat Yai.
