We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Everything about my experience at the hotel was amazing. I had booked 2 separate Booking reservations, the hotel was able to combine them without a fuss so I would avoid having to check out, check in and move rooms. All staff were incredibly kind. Facilities were fantastic. I will always stay here when I visit BKK.

Three very good restaurants in the hotel with many other restaurants in walking distance. The building is fairly new and has a great infinity pool with view over Bangkok. Amazing hotel. Every little detail was carefully planned in this hotel. The room was very big and comfortable, and had amazing view. The staff was always welcoming and helpful. The best part is the beautiful infinity pool - what a great way to close your day. The location is pretty good (relatively to Bangkok), the streets are pretty clean and you have many restaurants nearby.

RussiaThe only thing that staff couldn't do for us was an early check-in, we had an early flight and had to wait for a couple of hours. Which could be explained by hotel being fully booked, so no real complaints, actually.
It was a great experience overall, nothing to complain about. Rooms are great, views are great, breakfasts are great European style and authentic Japanese style. We'll be coming back, 100%.

ChinaThe WiFi reach wasn’t strong in certain area of the pool and balcony area. Would be nice if coverage was able to reach those areas. Otherwise no complaints.
Staff were incredibly professional. Check in went really smooth as well. I enjoyed the gym as it included all machines that are found in standard gyms. Breakfast hours were also very generous.

United Arab EmiratesLack of attention to a potential safety issue, but I should have told management, so my fault. The infinity pool has a glass partition that has a crack in the window that overhangs the sidewalk and street below. I mentioned to the gym staff that someone should take measures to temp fix the glass (i.e., taping or reinforcing the cracks) to prevent it from falling and potentially injuring someone. They merely told me that the section was awaiting repair, which did not address the potential for the glass to fall. Management needs to address this immediately!!!!
First and foremost, the staff were very professional and helpful. We had an issue with the room and were accommodated with a better room. The international buffet was well presented and had everything you could imagine. The Japanese breakfast setting was very nice as well. The gym and pool areas were decent. The divided elevators from ground to lobby and different elevators from lobby to upper rooms and gym were delightful with little time to wait for either need.
