We accidentally booked a twin room, so we got a room upgrade to get a king size bed. Amazing choice of breakfast (both japanese or continental). Super nice infinity pool. Would definitely come back

The room is spacious. The bathroom is big and comes with all necessary amenities. All rooms are above 24/F and therefore the views are good. The BTS station is right next to the hotel.

I wish the Wi-Fi around the pool area was stronger. Wasn't able to take some calls while laying in the sun. But not the end of the world. No other complaints whatsoever.

Everything about my experience at the hotel was amazing. I had booked 2 separate Booking reservations, the hotel was able to combine them without a fuss so I would avoid having to check out, check in and move rooms. All staff were incredibly kind. Facilities were fantastic. I will always stay here when I visit BKK.

Location very convenient between malls, coffee places, a nice public park 10 minutes walk away and a station for public transportation directly at the hotel. Three very good restaurants in the hotel with many other restaurants in walking distance. The building is fairly new and has a great infinity pool with view over Bangkok. Outdoor area in the 24th floor for drinks and good food

Amazing hotel. Every little detail was carefully planned in this hotel. The room was very big and comfortable, and had amazing view. The staff was always welcoming and helpful. The best part is the beautiful infinity pool - what a great way to close your day. The location is pretty good (relatively to Bangkok), the streets are pretty clean and you have many restaurants nearby.

There are no balconies in any room and the windows do not open, but that’s just a detail since there is a beautiful public terrace on the restaurant level.

The only thing that staff couldn't do for us was an early check-in, we had an early flight and had to wait for a couple of hours. Which could be explained by hotel being fully booked, so no real complaints, actually.

It was a great experience overall, nothing to complain about. Rooms are great, views are great, breakfasts are great European style and authentic Japanese style. We'll be coming back, 100%.

Incredible hotel! The equivalent of the Langham in Australia in terms of gorgeous big comfortable beds, large room size, pool service and all complimented with exceptional staff service and delicious restaurants (we tried both Up and Above and Yamazato. We will definitely be back

The WiFi reach wasn’t strong in certain area of the pool and balcony area. Would be nice if coverage was able to reach those areas. Otherwise no complaints.

Staff were incredibly professional. Check in went really smooth as well. I enjoyed the gym as it included all machines that are found in standard gyms. Breakfast hours were also very generous.

The hotel is fantastic: great comfortable rooms, great views, a diverse and very complete breakfast, an amazing swimming pool, an excellent location (with a direct access to the BTS) and, last but not least, a very friendly, professional and kind staff in all services, from reception to restaurant.

Lack of attention to a potential safety issue, but I should have told management, so my fault. The infinity pool has a glass partition that has a crack in the window that overhangs the sidewalk and street below. I mentioned to the gym staff that someone should take measures to temp fix the glass (i.e., taping or reinforcing the cracks) to prevent it from falling and potentially injuring someone. They merely told me that the section was awaiting repair, which did not address the potential for the glass to fall. Management needs to address this immediately!!!!

First and foremost, the staff were very professional and helpful. We had an issue with the room and were accommodated with a better room. The international buffet was well presented and had everything you could imagine. The Japanese breakfast setting was very nice as well. The gym and pool areas were decent. The divided elevators from ground to lobby and different elevators from lobby to upper rooms and gym were delightful with little time to wait for either need.
