Nothing - the Peninsula Bangkok ist simply the best!

It was our second time in The Peninsula Bangkok and I must say, everything is still perfect - from the moment you enter this beautiful place, starting from the lovely smell that makes you simply feel at home to every single thing that could be mentioned.. The location is just perfect as you can reach lots of points of interest via the river or the Skytrain just opposite the river. Very important especially in order to avoid the heavy traffic in BKK during rush hours. The hotel offers complimentary regularly boats to 3 different piers. The rooms are very nice, spacious, spotless clean, well looked after with very comfortable beds, all comfort one needs, daily fresh fruits and biscuits and have spectacular views over the river. Room service is perfect as well! The hotel itself is simply beautiful, with plenty precious details and extraordinary, professional concierge service ( actually the best service we ever received ) always very nice, super friendly and helpful staff in the entire hotel, reception, pool area, restaurants as well as breakfast area. Starting the day with outstanding breakfast while sitting next to Chao Phra river is definitely unforgettable. The pool area is stunning and big enough with plenty nice, comfortable sun beds, great service, nice food & drinks, lovely staff and again a lovely view on the river. A really great place to take a nice rest in between work or sightseeing.. Further the hotel offers plenty really nice and authentic activities, such as "mindful breathing" or "meeting up with monks in the early morning for the Tag Bart ritual" and many more. Of course we can only recommend the delicious food & drinks in all restaurants. This trip was a surprise trip for my daughter and the hotel helped to make this stay a really extraordinary and unforgettable one for her! Thank you so much for the stunning suite and all these precious moments! We definitely will be back ;-)

Window was facing partly to other rooms and people from other rooms could look through our window, pool water was too warm ( maybe they need to circulate the water more frequently), breakfast for asian food could be improved.

Very nice and professional staffs, free boat shuttle to the Iconsiam and public boat station was great, breakfast for western part was very good quality.

This is a fantastic hotel on the Chao Phraya. It is beyond good words.

Difficult to find negatives - maybe the safebox in the room was a bit small. It barely fit macbook 13’.

If you haven’t experienced a true Asian Luxury before, you will be amazed. Hotel itself has a great style and amenities, our room was very spacious, well organized, with a great view, and a comfortable bed. Bathroom features a huge bathtub and a shower with very good water pressure - you will enjoy it. Food was tasty and varied and taking boats across the river and to other parts of Bangkok is fun. But what really stands out is the most incredible service. Staff is always smiling, polite but also can be fun and not too „stiff”, while helping with anything you might need. It’s just an incredible experience. Personally I’ve seen many luxurious European and USA hotels but they can’t really compare to The Peninsula Bangkok. We have loved our stay here and will 100% return, hopefully many times :)

There’s nothing at all.

Excellent location, wonderful garden/landscaping, great scenery alongside river for breakfast and dinner. Super friendly staff. Extraordinary wellness facilities. Very tasty and authentic Thai food. Impressive art collection displayed in the premises.

Amazing from the airport pickup through the speedy check in (in room check in), the lovely breakfast, the friendly smiling staff to the airport drop off.

We were particularly impressed by the efficiency and friendliness of the staff. 10 out of 10 there. We also liked the slightly colonial charm of the hotel. The Thiptara Thai Restaurant has to be the best we have experienced in Thailand. - so atmospheric and excellent food.

The rooms are slightly dated with the television in the bathroom looking like it is from the late 1990s.

Absolutely nothing!

Loved the location and the river boat services. That was really convenient when we were out and about, particularly at night. The staff were amazing. Particularly the concierge team who made lots of reservations for us. We also really liked that the hotel had little stands with activities to introduce us to Thai culture.

I love the excellent service. The location is perfect and the boats that take you across the river are magical. This is my 4th visit. I will be back. The pool and the staff do an amzing job. The property dining is extremely good.

Classic luxury hotel at a perfect spot in Bangkok. Top-notch service and high class facilities. Excellent breakfast. Excellent riverside cocktails.
