The beds were uncomfortable, 2 king singles placed next to each other, you fall into the gap, 2 king single quilts. Fine if you are 2 single people but not ideal for couples

Walls were very thin and people in corridors and rooms were very noisy at all hours of the night with noises that I didn’t need to be listening to. Club lounge is nice but no soft drinks, and food is limited to only about 4 or 5 things that they didn’t always replace. I wouldn’t say it was worth the extra we paid.

Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good. Overall a nice place to stay in a nice area.

I least like was Housekeeping. 2 of the 4 nights they didn't get to our room till late. We had spent the entire day out and returned to our room still uncleaned. We just opted for new towels and toilet paper. Note, they only provided 1 toilet paper per day for a 2 bedroom with 4 adults. Warning: At checkout, they check the room for missing items and apparently there was a laundry bag missing, which we've never seen before or paid mind to check the room when we checked in. When checking in your room, give it a good walk-through to make sure everything that is inventoried before they charge you 300Baht for a laundry bag that was never there and accused of taking. Otherwise, great stay and I would stay there again if I go back to Pattaya just bring your own toilet paper or as they call it "tissue".

We had the 2 bedroom and it was spacious. Just a little tight in the hallway to passthrough but no bggie. It was very modern and the beds were comfy. The jack&jill bathroom with the vinyl see-though walls was awkward but doable. Location was great, many places are walking distance (2 big malls, night markets, 7-11, beach and many places to eat). Do not miss the night market with the huge plane. The food was great. Get there early before things run out. Our stay was great and the staff was super helpful & welcoming.

The pool was in a position where it never saw the sun. There was a loud nightclub close to the hotel with music loud enough to keep you awake at night

A noisy nightclub at the rear of the hotel blasts out thumping techno music until 3am. On my first night, I was in a room at the rear of the hotel. Very hard to sleep! The following day, I insisted that the hotel move me to one of the front rooms, which are much quieter.

A modern, sleek, hotel which is located in a central position between the beach and shopping malls. Highly recommended

Wish they could put bidet in the toilet
