location couldn’t be beaten, Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, housekeeping was amazing. some of the balconies are made for 1 person, this isn’t an issue, but it is good to know if you are visiting and want some outdoor space, best to check.

Outside sound can be disturbing. There is a school next to the property, but in summers I am assuming the AC sound will drown the noise. Also the mattress was hard for us, but we never communicated to Can. So not sure if something could have been done about it

Localisation was great. Hotel's employee named Can was great, he assisted us and helped us with everything. His English is great so it made it very easy to deal with anything. ☺️

The host was extremely helpful when we ended up at the wrong hotel. He paid the taxi to get our luggage. Water was offered upon arrival. The bathroom was not clean. The details were ignored in cleaning.

We booked a deluxe family room which was ok but very basic. Dated fixtures and In need of a refurbishment.

Location was great and staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Rooms cleaned with fresh towels daily.

Playground in front was a little loud with excited children, but being a grandmother and missing my grand daughter I kind of enjoyed it

The staff are not very friendly especially the person who was responsible for breakfast, never said hello. The waiter was very nice but he was in Harry to take you plate away from the guests. The food was very expensive.

Great position . A block away from the beach front and bordering the main shopping street . Loads of local bars and restaurants just a few steps away . We were spoiled with a fee upgrade to a room with a spacious terrace which allowed for perfect sundowners. The staff super helpful arranging all transfers and accommodating other requests .

There's 3 Akkan Hotels in Bodrum which is very confusing. We weren't sure which we were staying at. This should be clarified on the Bookings.com website. We booked a transfer to the airport through the hotel which turned out to be a private vehicle. I feel we were cheated, which was a poor way to end our visit.

Fabulous central location on the beach front. Spacious room with fridge & air-conditioning. Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of foods. Knowledgeable helpful staff. Use of pool at partner hotel.

Family friendly hotel. Ideal location for visiting the center of Bodrum and getting to the surrounding areas (It's 10 minutes walk from the otobus station). Friendly and kind staff. Great, varied and nutritious breakfast. Spacious and clean room with comfortable bedding. Good WIFI.

The staff was amazing. They were very accomadating and very helpful. The breakfast was great! There were many choices and always fresh. The location was perfect, it was convenient. It was right by the beach and the city center, but you couldn't hear any of the noise from the center. It was quiet.

Balcony was tiny, no safe in room, staff seemed preoccupied and not particularly helpful (except one young man who seemed to be everywhere - he was great), beach towels not available at 9am.

Close to the waterfront and restaurants without the area being too busy. Loads of food for breakfast and outdoor seating area was pleasant. Sister property with a pool nearby. Cost was low.
