The back door didn't lock and they asked us to not open it. It was a safety concern. We were not able to sleep because of cats fighting outside and because of the door not locked, we were scared too. They gave us two cups of warer rather than a bottle. Whenever asked for anything, the usual reply was 'idk' from one of the receptionist. The other one was really helpful though

It was in the middle of the busiest streets which made our travel easy. Room was better than okay

Great Location, friendly & kind staffs, Ms Gül the Turkish woman and Mr Hossein is an Iranian guy work there.

The employees at the reception do not speak basic english, and could not help with most things. They don't even use Google translate. The room where we stayed does not match the pictures on the website at all. Every corner of the room and bathroom were dirty and full of dust (even saw a couple cockroaches). The bathroom floor was also dirty, and the shower lacked one of the doors causing the floor to get all wet everytime we took a shower. Overall, you are better off paying a little more and staying at another place in the same surroundings that is not a total health hazard.

The location is good, right next to one of the main avenues with lots of shops and restaurants. Getting to the hotel might be a little bit tricky because its in a back alley.

It’s not accessible by car. It wasn’t clean. The bathroom flush didn’t work. It’s a small building and there is no house keeping or anything like that.

The cleanliness was awful. We didn’t have towels in our room, the toilet wasn’t cleaned when we checked in, the sheets had hairs and dust. The receptionist tried to scam us with a taxi when we checked out. The hotel was noisy in general, it looked like a prostitution hotel in general.

room smell. First floor with windows opening to the big dirty wall,tv was not working, my booking was breakfast included but there is no restaurant in the hotel, and the end I got locked out in room and end up take my bags from next room window. awful experience in this hotel.

we did not have a key card for our room and we had to wait for the receptionist to open the door for us each time. bathroom not clean enough.

Everything was a total disaster my rate included breakfast which I didn't get either requested a wake-up called twice which never happens which resulted in me paid 60 Euro to get to the airport just so I don't miss my flight and they will quote about it they didn't even care at reception avoid at all costs this is a hotel from hell it is so dirty if you put your finger on the window tape you fill up with dust not to mention the smell from the toilets at the sheets with smelly They completely ignored me and booking.com but I requested a refund for one night after the damages I incurred please keep away!!!!!!
