A safe in the room could be larger. The restaurant on the rooftop isn't great, despite the nice view. Unfortunately, the food wasn't good.

Location is great: tram is 3 mins walk, metro is 10 mins walk. Breakfast is great: you have everything there, vegetables, cheese, different eggs, soup, flakes, pies, no complains. Rooms are nice, but it was a bit cold, our a/c didn't work properly and staff changed our room for a bigger one and a/c worked well. Thanks a lot for your attentive approach.

The hotel is in a good position, close to the main monuments and points of interest in Fatih. The staff is very kind and helpful. Good variety of options at breakfast!

The room light could be improved; the sound insulation of the room door is not good.

Location is perfect! Close to the tram and metro station, kapali carşi and other famous attractions. One night of our stay was free!

Perfect place to stay with family when you are in istanbul😊 Mehmet in the front office (i don’t know how to spell his names) he is helpful and alwaya make sure all is ok and get what we need. Definitely will comeback again to this hotel when we go to istanbul 😊

Difficult to pin point anything in particular. Maybe the large number of people sitting in the breakfast room, but not having breakfast. Just sitting there. Taking up space. And tables taking a long time to be cleared.

The best word I can come with is "authentic ". I enjoyed staying at the hotel, the location of the hotel was great and the friendliness of the employees was appreciated.

the fact that they dont have a parking area even by payment , the hotel recommended an parking little bit far from the hotel only for one night the other days we have been searching around to find available places.

Just that the AC did not cool the whole room. It was not a big problem at the time because the weather was cool outside.

The location is excellent -the tram line and the grand bazaar just 5 mins away. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Sevcan who helped organize our tours and was extra sweet. Murat spoke very good english and helped us a lot. They checked us into a big room with a double bed and two single beds which had two toilets which was very handy. We used the Thai massage at the hotel and it was really good. I recommend it especially after all the tours and walking. The roof top restaurant had great food and reasonable prices. I will definitely stay there again.

The crib for the baby should be changed with new one. Bathrooms are small. They should open the other side from the restaurant for the breakfast, to benefit from the view.

HKP maids were friendly and doing their Best but when we returned to the room the next day after the cleaning there was sweat smell in the room. Bathroom was uncomfortable, small and the hand shower was too noisy when water starts to come. Coffee could be more tasty. Refill of dishes could be faster when more guests in restaurant during breakfast.

Booked this hotel because we read they had a games room for kids but that wasn’t the case. Asked hotel to book transportation from hotel to airport and they wanted 4000TL cash which was more than double what receptionist quoted me night before. They wouldn’t accept credit card so I ended up cancelling transportation and taking a yellow cab that cost 600TL

Clean, location close to tram and only 10min to Blue Mosque Breakfast 10/10 Breakfast Staff 10/10 Cleaning Maid 10/10 Reception Staff 10/10 Room 9/10 could have done with a couch Bed 9/10 comfy but pillows case had rip and ask cleaning maid to be replaced which they did.

The bathrooms are a bit small but functional.

The hotel is clean, central to many of the tourist sights, easily accessible to the team and train station (Veznicelar). Murat Sar, one of the mangers was excellent in helping to arrange anything, tours and shuttles included and very well versed in English. His professionalism and friendly nature, together with the rest of the hotel staff made our stay a very pleasurable experience.

The staff were so friendly and special thanks to Sergan, Murat, and the bellboy. The hotel location is great, the nearby grand bazaar and a lot of attractions. Breakfast is good, and it is recommended to add more drinks options. Overall, experience is superb and highly recommended.
