It's on the top floor with no elevator, something people could know before booking.

The apartment is excellent, good location, clean, good communication with hosts. It's spacious, with everything you'll need, it's a quiet area,and there is a good connection to the city ,plus it's only a short walk to the wonderful beach. I can recommend it..

Good apartments but not very well looked after: nasty smell of sewage, not clean (balcony doors and other surfaces had a very sick layer of dirt/grease), not well equipped with little things you normally expect to have at apartments (nothing except dish was really provided, not even rubbish bags or kitchen towels), the stairs and the garden are untidy as well.

Close to the beach and other amenities, quiet neighborhood. Spacious flat with a really terrific terrace.

There was an issue with shower, however it was promptly fixed. Wifi quality in my room was poor.

It was clear place with friendly owner. The owner was always available and ready to resolve any kind of issues. I truly enjoyed owner's hospitality and positive attitude. Location near the park and close to the sea. Comfortable house.

Communication with the owner could be improved, I think we didn’t understand each other at some point: We asked for one more night to stay, but the owner forgot about that.

Apartment slightly rough round the edges e.g. kitchen electrical socket detached from wall, amateurish paintwork. Freezer compartment of refrigerator worked well but refrigerator compartment barely functioned. A/c in living room stopped working after a few days.

Quiet location within 10 min walk of the beach. Readily accessible local supermarkets. Efficient a/c (in the bedroom). Friendly, available host always willing to help/advise.

The bath drainage had a problem. It requires maintenance and refurbishment. Some parts of the room walls have damp and odor. Apart from these two issues the rest things were overall good.

The appartment was 10 minutes walking far from the beach. The staff was helpful and responsive.

we arrived late around 10pm, no one was at the reception, so we called the owner and he was kind enough to leave a friend of his and come at once to the apartment, he said we waited for you but no one has come, the apartment was clean and nice big enough so we can move around freely, the location was great close to konyaltti public beach which is great, also close to shops supermarkets restaurants and public transportations, everything you need is within walking distance we enjoyed our stay and we definitely recommend this place

The check-in process was not so simple, as the front door was locked and neither contact detail on the door worked. A small leaflet in the apartment containing things like the wifi password and what to do with waste would have been appreciated, and would have saved the need to ask questions, making life easier for the host as well.

The location was excellent. Everything you could need is within a short walking distance - the beach, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and a bus stop to get into the city centre. The apartment itself is well equipped, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is situated on a quiet street away from the main road. The host was quick to respond to any queries and was generally helpful

Owner of the apartments are very kind and nice people. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and every needs provided by owners. Location is very close to popular locations. So it was great experience.

The host was very friendly and responsive to our needs. Also, it is just a 5 to 10 minute walk down to the beach and grocery stores are very near to the apartment.

It was extremely cold in the room even AC (for heating) didn't help so much. Maybe this is because of the 1st floor and not sunny side. Maybe other rooms don't have such problem, I'm not really sure

Unfortunately not a place to rent to others. Very old and unprofessionally made. A very heavy smell of mildew from the bathrooms. No running hot water. In short not a place to stay. Cheap doesn't automatically mean bad.
