The hotel communication is not very good. No one at the reception understands English. I tried calling four times before my check-in date to inquire about the shuttle but no one answered my call, I used the phone number provided by the hotel and sent the same information via message but no reply. When I checked in at the hotel I complained and the front desk told me they weren't answering the phone because no one understood English. This doesn't make sense. It’s unbelievable that such a big hotel can accept tourists.

Few times requested to send me an invoice for my stay (not able to print out during checkout due to printing issues) but never received a response from the hotel.

Free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel and back. Bathroom looked much better than in the other hotels in Istanbul, however still requires renovation.

A good hotel, close to airport and big room with a reasonable price. Room services and breakfast was very good. Shuttle services from the hotel to air port in VIP car was available .

The hotel is located near Sabiha Gokchen airport which is pretty much its only advantage. As such, we expected a proper hotel shuttle. The shuttle however starts at 8 in the morning (which misses nearly all of the morning connections). Arriving guests need to contact the driver on WhatsUp and by the time you reach him, the bus has of course “just left the airport”. The cost of the taxi from the airport was 5 euros though. We also expected a dinner service but at 21:00 we could only have some unfrozen pizza in a room which was full of smoking people and not suitable for a meal with kids. The breakfast started at 7 but we could not use at as we had to leave for the airport earlier. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and service staff friendly and helpful. Resume: don’t expect much from the shuttle service, don’t expect much from the dinner/breakfast hours. Rooms and accommodation were clean and quite comfortable for an overnight stay.

We were not told that the shuttle from the hotel to the airport only heads off once an hour, sharp at the beginning. We came down at 9:10 a.m. only to be informed that the shuttle had already gone at 9:00! We had to go to the airport by taxi.

Airport shuttle, the staff and cleanliness. The breakfast buffet was pretty good with a delicious corba. It is a decent place to stay if you need to be close to SAW.

Location .was a bit further away from airport than I expected. Also was trying to call them on my arrival and no one was picking up. And so had to ask for help from a local gentleman at airport who was very helpful. I was also trying to ask via WhatsApp about transfers prior to my arrival and did not get a reply. Turns out my flight was earlier than transfers started to operate.as a result of that I had to order taxi. If I’d known that I would’ve booked hotel nearer the airport and paid more which eventually would’ve worked out about the same.Anyway , hotel was ok not the best to be honest , but stuff was incredibly helpful !

Selected the property because it offerred free shuttle service from and to the hotel. However after booking, was told shuttle is not available to fetch us from the airport and that we had to make our own arrangements. The taxi took a longer route to charge us a higher fee. The hotel apologised for this on our arrival and upgraded our room for the inconvenience which was appreciated. We were shuttled to the airport by the hotels free shuttle service the next morning.The journey back to the airport was shorter. Be wary unscrupulous taxi’s that extend journeys to overcharge.

Modern & stylish, close to airport. Offers breakfast, nice place to stay if laying over at Sabiha Gocken. Lunch at the in house restaurant was delightful. There was one staff member in particular that was well spoken in english that made communication an absolute pleasure. I dont recall his name, he deserves a promotion.

Even there was spa and swimming pool unfortunately I couldn’t use the pool in the evening as it was already closed, only saunas. Breakfast might be with a bit weirder selection and good coffee (apparently it was only instant coffee available) would be a great benefit for such a high class hotel

Very close to the airport with owns transfer. In the morning it’s going every hour to the airport. SPA centre for relaxing is very nice

They don't have male massage therapist available all the time, but surely they arranged on request. So anyone with such requirements please let them know in advance

Very Poor communication from the hotel. Their replies took ages for any queries asked on their WhatsApp or Booking.com inbox. They advertised that their shuttle service operated between 08:00 and 00:00. I was given a pickup time of 23:35 but the shuttle did not turn up or respond to calls or messages. I was stranded at the airport beyond midnight with my family, including an infant. No communication from the hotel that the shuttle service won't be picking us up. When I fed back to the lobby reception that they could atleast have informed us early instead of us waiting at the airport, the response was a very casual shrug with no condolences for the inconvenience caused.
