We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The room was very large and had a small terrace to the garden surrounded by greenery. Nice pool and very well-kept common areas. Breakfast is eaten in an area with tables near the pool, very nice.

Ireland.the hotel is not a 3star , it's clean but soo many things to improve (main light not working in bathroom,an inch between dresser and the wall, mattresses where worn down, handrail on balcony rotten , lucky was ground floor,fridge small bearly working).

KuwaitWe had to ask for towels and paper towels almost every day and they didn’t clean the rooms regularly. We had to buy our own stuff and do it ourselves. The breakfast had limited options and it didn’t look fresh, but if you are close to the city center you can always find a place near the sea.
The location of the hotel was perfect, it’s near the city center and Bodrum Castle. You can easily walk there, we didn’t use taxis at all. The pool was very clean and the sunbeds were comfortable. The beds are fine and the bathroom had running water and hairdryer.

Saudi ArabiaThe breakfast was terrible! I have never stayed in a hotel that had worse food. They could not even make an omelette. Every day it was boiled eggs, roughly cut cucumbers and tomatoes, some olives and atrocious salami. I paid over $800 and I literally could not eat their breakfast. I don't understand what they took money for! I'd definitely not recommend the place to anyone.
The staff were amazing. They are there for you 24/7, always willing to help. There were the highlight of my stay at the hotel.
