CanadaWaste water piping of the Kitchen and bathroom sinks needs to be properly connected to the sewage lines. There was sewage smell especially in the bathroom.
Liked the location in terms of being in a quite location and amongst trees. It was spacious and good value. The staff was very receptive to our requests.

Loved the room, the rooms view and the breakfast. We could see the hot air balloons in the early morning from our room and the view from the breakfast area is also really nice (just be prepared to climb up allll the stairs to get there lol). Staff were also very helpful- they helped to carry our suitcases up and down the stairs, gave us recommendations for which restaurants to go to and helped with transport accomodation. 10/10

We booked the Royal suite which was huge and even had its own Hamman- it was impressive. The Breakfast was great with amazing views. The location was perfect- just up the hill from the town.

Breakfast was fantastic, what a wonderful experience of Turkish breakfast!! Our room was upgraded to a huge beautiful room with an extra large bathroom! Staff looked after our every need. Amazing experience at Aydinli Cave Hotel! Staff were welcoming and friendly, helping us organise airport transfers and providing us with recommendations. Rooms were incredibly clean, loved the authentic experience of staying in a cave. Good variety of breakfast with speciality dishes, lovely terrace views and can see balloons at sunrise. Would definitely recommend out of all the cave hotels in the area!

United States of AmericaWhile they replaced the towels and made the bed everday, they didn't mop and vacuum the floor everyday. I am sure if we would have asked they would done it happily.
The hotel is 5 min walking distance from the center. The staff was extremely helpful no matter what the request and always had a smile on their face. At the breakfast the staff member would come and ask if I had specific needs and also suggest items. Being a vegetarian they made things specially for us. Also they arranged for tours, balloon ride and airport transfer at a reasonable cost. The rooms was very comfortable too. They provided free water and fruits whenever we needed as well. They treat their guest as an extended family and will definitely recommend. Rooftop had good view of the valley too.
