The breakfast - need much to improve - basically except vegans very very few options. But the cookies were good :) The noise - our room was near the road, on the 1st floor, needless to say every sound from outside is there (cars, train, even the constraction of the new side of the hotel), if you are a lightsleeper, good luck.

Room size - good for a family of 3. Near the hotel - full of restaurants, some exceptionaly good (Rainbow fish & meat restaurant our top recommendation)

Breakfast was amazing, we stayed in the hotel for 5 nights and everyday was something different. Rooms were big enough, comfy beds and the location of the hotel in just few steps away from the city center. Very nice and helpful stuff.

The room and the bathroom were spacious and clean. Staff is really friendly and they let us keep the luggage at the reception after check out, giving us the opportunity to still visit de city before the flight. The desserts from the breakfast were very good. Also, the hotel is very well located, close to the Blue mosque and Hagia Sophia - 5 minutes walk.

They did not inform that the hotel is under renovation and the main entrance cannot be used. The breakfast was not the way shown in the photos, much less choice than in the photos.

When we came they wanted to give us a much smaller room on the ground floor. After complaining they actually gave us a good and bigger room on a high floor

Very nice hotel. Yhis time, part of it was on reconstruction, so it was not perfect. But I am sure after reconstruction it will be wonderfull.

Housekeeping staff entered my room 3 times without even knocking and every time I warn her but she never listened. Rooms in the 2nd floor doesn't have any access to WIFI and I had to open hotspot from my roaming data and even after reporting three times, problems was not solved.

Breakfast was perfect, reception and kitchen staff were amazing! they are so helpful and they are trying to make you happy with all ways.

The location of the hotel is the only disadvantage in my opinion, as unfortunately the whole area is completely touristy. Therefore, we couldn't find a nice restaurant to eat or any nice place for a drink. If you though don't care about food or drinks, then the location is the best as all the sightseeing are 5 min away.

Very nice experience and great staff! Especially Mert from reception, and the ladies from breakfast and housekeeping. The cleaning of the room was excellent! The mattresses was great. Very good quality and very comfy. The breakfast was simply amazing with numerous choices. The WiFi was working perfectly fine everywhere in the hotel.

The air con did not work in my room , but as it was January i just opened the window could be an issue in the summer, i did not complain so i am sure if i had they will have fixed it.

The location was perfect, with access to shops, cafes, and tourist attractions within walking distance of the property.

I was just disappointed about how the breakfast was served in the basement instead of the beautiful rooftop that the pictures showed. When you just arrive to the hotel it’s confusing where the entrance is since the main lobby is being renovated.

I found the beds to be super comfy and I loved the room interior design. I was very satisfied with the breakfast choices. Location is really good, next to a street full of restaurants and some main attractions of the city. As a solo traveller I felt pretty safe walking around late at night.

The room was bigger than I expected, the king-size double bed was excellent, and the heat was efficient. Very polite employees in reception. The breakfast was rich, with various things, efficient quantity, and good service. I would propose the hotel to friends and in case of return to Istanbul, I will choose it again.

most of the rooms are broken, the main entrance is just ruin. I believe they don’t have parking. The hairdryer does not work well, the wifi was not great central heating was not working. . Most of the staff doesn’t speak English but they were very nice and sweet with me using google translator

Nice location the place is under renovation , the staff were very sweet polite and helpful. The guy at the buffet was very professional.. they guys at the front desk as well they helped me a lot to solve my problems. The location is walking distance from the blue mosque and Sophia Mosque, palace the Black Sea , restaurants, bazar, shops, pharmacy and etc. the vies to the blue mosque from the rooftop are amazing

Location is great. Rooms are modern interpretation of old Turkish style - wooden ceilungs, great bed and mirrors. Very nice view from the terrace for breakfast.

Location was perfect. Service was excellent (check-in, questions, cleaning,...). Room was nice (although a bit too small for 3 beds + a baby bed). Breakfast at the rooftop is amazing. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!
