Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

Very good value for money, breakfast was very good, coffee and tea available at any time. We enjoyed the hot air balloons flying above us in the morning while having breakfast :)

The bathroom is very outdated and finished with low quality. On the first sight it looks dirty, but after second check it is quite clean (just ugly).
Staff was very helpful; we did not have any problem with checking in very late at night. The hotel has nice shared spaces (pool, dining terrace).

The curtains in the room are very light and they don't shade all the way. And the shower lacks a booth. While it is common in Turkey a booth would make it so much better
Room was big and the pool was good. The price was a steal for the offer. The staff and owners are very friendly and accommodating.

I had special requests but I spooke on the wall. Nobody answer to me and when I arrive, the answer was ..That is situation! Extremly minimalist furniture.

The property needs a freshen up, the rooms and especially the bathroom needs some work done.

There is no furniture in the room to place luggages and there are no sockets near the bed. The bathroom is small with a shower without a cabin or curtain and overall the furnishings are dated. The windows overlook an external corridor from which it is possible to see into the room unless all the curtains are drawn.
Good location for visiting Pamukkale, the hotel is approx. 5 minutes by car from the south gate. The room is big enough and clean. The structure has private internal parking and also a restaurant where it is possible to dine.

Wifi could’ve been better

When you see hotel by the restoran and the pool you think that the rooms can be high class, but at the end you have to accept the words "You get what you pay for", nothing more to surprise!
The pool is the beauty of this hotel! I don't complain so much about the rooms. "You get what you pay for". The same words are for breakfast. "You get what you pay for". The staff is very helpful!

The restaurant needs a little bit of variety in its food and the price is quite higher than the normal price. however, their food was delicious.
The staff was nice and helpful. The owner was a friendly person. We got our pieces of baggage lost at the airport, and the owner kindly helped us with the vehicle and a driver for a lower price than the normal taxis to do our shopping. We were late to arrive in the city, and he sent the vehicle to pick us up from the city, which is 20 mins away. Asad the staff member who served us was exceptionally helpful during our stay. On top of that, they got beautiful homemade pomegranate vinegar and olive oil for a reasonable price. rooms need some attention however for the price we paid it is an exceptional stay. breakfast was nice. the pool was clean and good for a summer swim. overall a very happy stay.

The owner and his family members were very nice and friendly and gave me important information about the place.Pamnukkale gate 1 is not too far.The day i went for the Pamukkale visit it was raining and i was not carrying any umbrella. So the owner was kind enough to provide me an umbrella which saved my day.
