Not going to go on about it being an older establishment which shows it age - the staff and warm hospitality make up for it

Excellent location, super friendly and helpful staff. Generous check out time of 12 and option to leave luggage for the day, very good breakfast buffet at hotel next door, great public transport access

Sometimes there was some unpleasant smell

I liked the location ( old city, all attractions are in walking distance) I liked breakfast place and the food( it is a simple food and always the same, but still good) Some members of staff speak decent English - enjoyed that.

For short visit to see historical heart of Istanbul the location can't be better: tram 1 and Marmaray station just around the corner, the ferry to sail up the Bosphorus and Golden Horn is close by. A lot of shops and restaurants around. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast is great with a huge variety of meat, cheesу, vedg and sweets. Some technical issues in our room didn't bother us due to our short stay and low price in this time of the year.

Everything was perfect. The location, organization and employees are great. Especially thanks to Hakan who was there to help us with everything even if we were boring sometimes. Also, thanks to man who was doing breakfast, who made the perfect Turkish coffee every single morning for us. We really recommend this hotel to everyone. If we ever come back, we will not change the hotel. :)

The fact that the bathroom doorknob was broken and you coudn't open the door from inside, this didn't change even I announced the staff. This was my second time here but the first one was better.

The hotel is close to Blue Mosque & Hagia Sophia ( aprox 15 min walk ). There are also close tram, bus and metro stops. The breakfast is almost the same everyday and it is not very diverse.

Sewage smell in the bathroom

A lot of noise, especially for the rooms with balconies.

The shower is a bit tricky to calibrate properly. The duvet that we took from the cupboard had no cover.

The location was perfect, we liked the classic decor. The staff leaving our bags in our room after we arrived before our room was ready was nice.

The location of the hotel is more than good, near to the marmaray and tram station. The area is very active and full of life. Room are clean and comfortable. The break fast was good not bad. The staff were very good and really helpful. For me i can choose this hotel again. Thank you 😊

Fan was not working in the bathroom, making showers and bathroom feel stuffy.

Central location to all attractions.. closeness to all means of transport. The staff were helpful and ensured to cater to all our needs, including helping with directions and recommendations. Will definitely stay there again! Thank you

I recommend using shower mats in the shower. It was quite slippery and I fell on one occasion.

Clean space. Great location. The breakfast was hearty and delicious. Staff was helpful. We had a very good experience. This was our second time staying at this hotel!
