the bathroom sink was the only thing that bothered us a little: it was small and very uncomfortable to use. water also ran through through the bottom of the shower door sometimes, but those problems were rather insignificant.

very clean and modern, awesome location. there are tons of cafes and grocery shops nearby, and it's far enough from big tourist attractions to be super quiet and safe at nights. everything was still within a 10-15 minutes walk, though. the apartment was equipped with pretty much anything you'd need for a 7-10 day stay. the building has an elevator too, which is something not super common for apartments in Istanbul. and the patio was spacious and beautiful.

During night, it can be hard to find. The address doesn’t necessarily pinpoint exactly where the apartment is so hard to find with a taxi.

Super easy going apart-hotels with very friendly staff. They are flexible and adapt to your emergencies so I’d give them a 10 only for that. I had the basement room and it was very nice. You also had a mini kitchen which can come in handy if you stay more than one night like..overall very happy with this space and will definitely book again when I come back to Istanbul. You’re also next to a really nice modern cafe and in the middle of the city.

Minor imperfections such as loose toilet paper holder, leaky shower hose, missing buttons on the sofa, no frying pan, no salt or pepper or oil. There was no cleaning room service (or we had to ask for it and did not, anyway, no one came on his own), a very limited supply of toiletries and toilet paper, no instructions on how to dispose of garbage, etc’. The latter were a little bit crucial as we stayed for six nights, even so, our overall impression is quite positive and pleasant. The working equipment is great, and you do have a super convenient stuff like tea pot and dishwasher, and microwave oven, and iron.

The place is a rare find! Great approachable location for a perfect hide-away from all the hustle and bustle. Quick communication with the host. Spacious room with wooden floors, huge window, full of light, and cosy furniture and very nice touches! The neighbourhood is very local and kind of indie. The price/quality ratio is good and there were loads of hangers. We really enjoyed our stay and our toddler baby felt very comfortable too! Thanks a lot! (We found that the easiest way to reach the place in the evening is going down the hill is by getting to Taksım square and then going down the Sıraselviler Cd. Turning right to Firuzağa Cami Sk. And then continue to Taktaki Ykş. And in the morning we went down the hill to tram station Tophane).

hard to get to the hotel by taxi and it was a little difficult to walk to the hotel because of the steep streets near it and there was no sleepers in the room. in the time of our stay all hotels and boutique hotel was very expensive in compare with my previous stays

the cleanness, the comfortable bed and the large terrace in the last floor, easy check in and check out. lots of cafe and bar around yet quiet and far away from the sound of street. the shower and the size of the room was very good

Keep in mind, that this is an apart hotel and they don't have check-in desk, so you better connect with them in advance and say when you are arriving

The apartments are really stylish and cozy and the owner definitely has very good taste in the interior design. Location is exceptional with plenty of cool bars and cafes. Cihangir is my fav area in Istanbul. We lived on the first floor and some local cats were visiting us as a bonus.

for any healthy and under 60 it’s ok to walk up the hill 150 meters to reach the street going to taksim
