Internet was off from time to time, breakfast was not so great

Beach is great, water is clean. Rooms are clean and cosy. Service in the SPA ( Ali, Bilal ) is wonderful. Service in the kitchen is great ( Emrah). We really enjoyed our stay.

I realise the bulk of the tourism in the area is Russian however As an English speaking guest it was extremely difficult to ask a question at reception or order something from the bar / pool bar / beach bar. We were not on the all inclusive so we tried to order different things to try out. It was a little frustrating but didn’t spoil our holiday at all. The location of the hotel is awesome in terms of the beach, however the rooms are not soundproofed, the hotel next door is really loud most nights, so it’s hard to sleep before 1am. It does stop! Some tea and coffee in the room would make such a difference.

The hotel is clean, well located in terms of the beach and it’s included as a pickup point for the excursions that are offered in Kemer which made a difference for us. A really lovely hotel.

The wifi could be improved.

The staff is very hard working and friendly, and always happy to assist with anything. Close to the beach, and the buffet has good variety and quality.

1. WiFi in the room - tragic, didnt work most of the time. Literally opening a website was a 5 minut job 2. Breakfast - various cheese, egg and vegetable. But really nothing sweet. I would appreciate for example pancakes, some cakes, brioche or something like that 3. Gym - really small and poor equiped Well basically everyone was speaking to us in Russian and this is kindly disrespectful knowing history of Poland. I know that 90% of turists were from Russia but considering war at Ukraine and the gravity of situation would be nice to use English more often or double version at least

Stuff is very lovely and helpful. Again thanks for the emergency with the Taxi at 3:30 am today for the guy in the reception Dinner and lunch are also very good. Especially cakes variety Pool, spa area and private beach are super nice. Cleaning everyday and also cosy room Excellent massages :)

The food was quite disappointing. Drinks were served in plastic cups! The food's serving time was quite short. Some of the staff were not treating people professionally.

The location was exceptional. The front desk staff were so helpful. It was clean and tidy. The shows were interesting.

We spent 11 days at the hotel. The people who working here are exceptional, they are looking for every wishes you have and making it true! The room was ok and comfy, the cleaning was very good every day. Fresh towels every day. The food was all inclusive 5-6 different meals every day, at night there is at least 8. Lot of different dessert(10+), many many fruits. More then 10+ different salad variety. The staff is constantly working, no big queues, they are very hard working. Excellent service. All bars are lovely, very good coctails. We loved it, and will definitely come again! The music at the beach bar was way over the top and for us spoilt the relaxing time spent at the beach

From start to finish we could not have asked for more. Reception, housekeeping, restaurant and bar staff were all exceptional. The hotel from top to bottom was spotlessly clean I had a birthday during our stay and the staff laid out a fantastic table with fresh flowers, wine in a cooler and cake with candles and sparklers at the end of the evening.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Camyuva Beach Hotel - its very attentive and kind personnel made us feel home. Special thanks go to Alina, Adem and Adelya for their high professionalism and incredible hospitality. We enjoyed our daily swims, water polo games and aqua aerobics at the large swimming pool. There was a good selection of tasty food at the restaurant and excellent table service. The hotel is in about 200m from the beach with plenty of lounge chairs under umbrellas and also in the shade, under the trees. There is hotel’s caffe on the beach with picnic tables in the shade, where you can have drinks and snacks ( such as burgers, French fries and pizza). Everything was clean and very efficient. Right across from the entrance to the hotel there is a little shopping square with a couple of restaurants and stores selling fruits, sweets, clothes and traveling accessories. We also enjoyed our nightly dancing at the hotel. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and we thank everyone at the hotel for your warm hospitality!

A very good and comfortable hotel, relatively close to the beach. The food is very tasty and varied and the staff is extremely kind. The hotel offers a varied entertainment program, with sports games on the beach and at the pool, respectively entertainment every evening at the hotel. Free drinks of several types are offered on the beach, at the meals, at the pool and in the evening.The relaxation is total!!

The only drawbacks were the shabby gym (some pieces of equipment were not even working) and the fact that people could smoke everywhere, e.g. by the pool, near the gym, at the balcony in the lobby, so the smell was unbearable most of the time.

We had a very good stay (the food, room cleanliness, coffees/teas/water at the beach, the beach a nice walk away from the hotel, the view on to mountains).

We liked the beach, the sea and hotel team who always helped us to make our stay and holiday comfortable. We were a big group with small kids. I would like to thank reception team (Adelya and Alina), restaurant team (Mehmet, Vahap, Nevzat, Ayhan) who were very attentive and caring and the team on the beach (Ahmed and Polat).

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. The buffet was a delight, offering a wide variety of delicious options. I especially loved relaxing by the pool on the comfortable chaise lounges. This hotel exceeded our expectations. Right from check-in, the welcoming receptionist set the tone with his consistent and genuine helpfulness. The restaurant is a standout - it's diverse, accommodating, and frequently surprises with special menus, making every meal an adventure. The private beach is spacious and well-equipped, ideal for both relaxation and activities. The hotel's evening entertainment was top-notch, with a dedicated team creating a lively atmosphere. Special recognition to the two women who provided exceptional care for our toddler. In a nutshell, this hotel offers excellent facilities and superior service. I'd strongly recommend it for a satisfying, worry-free stay.

In general, hotel rooms need renovation; please hire more staff to take care of proper cleanliness in the rooms. The cleaning staff that you currently have is just great, but they have too much workload. Internet is poor, we live in the 21st century, that could be properly taken care of.

Food was very delicious - we were offered different types of meat and fish every day, lots of fruit and vegetables, a lot of cheese, coffee and tea and other beverages are available all day long, staff is great and welcoming (not too, but very friendly); Reception - we were warmly welcomed by Adelya upon arrival, she took care of everything that we would need during our stay, answered all my questions; in general, all reception staff is great, I just forgot their names.

We stay for 6 nights, but The room waa cleaned only One time, and I was asked for that twice. The breakfast was not very good.

Family friendly. It was my son’s 10 years birthday and the hotel organized a surprise party at dinner. VAHAP was so helpful and he guided us from the entrance to our special table that was decorated for our birthday party. They were so helpful and friendly and made my son’s birthday party so special and memorable.

The only uncomfortable thing was there was no socket on my side of bed.

Comfortable clean cosy hotel with great staff. Reception staff exceptional. Quick and smooth check in, they even checked us in earlier. Chef Mr.Sheihmus always greeting us with smile in the restaurant trying to please us with delicious meal. Girls at the spa making hamam and masage were super professional and so cheap procedures. Outside of hotel lots of shops and market and drug store. Mountains and beautiful greenery around. Sitting in the shadow of the beach bar also great pleasure with drinks and snacks. Internet was good even at the beach bar, which was good surprise:) It was great stay
