There's a lot of stale (weathered) food at breakfast if you come at 9:30 and later.

Spa...wouldn't recommend tbh. I've booked hamam with a massage. Treatment was meant to be 50 minutes, but it was very rushed into 35 minutes. Then I was just left in a relaxing area with screaming kids. Nothing was explained or mentioned that treatment over. I spent ages waiting, then eventually I just left... 4-7 year old children shouldn't be allowed in sauna, jacuzzi, etc. Spa looks like a playground. So, I'm a bit disappointed.

Second time in this hotel. Fabulous grounds. Fantastic room and service. Great staff, very polite and friendly. Can't really fault the place. Really good choice of food. Loved sushi restaurant and Italian. Great entertainment.

You can recieve visitors .they would allow my friends to enter the facility to visit me. I even offered to have them charge us for them and they wouldn't accept. As for the food, huge variety but they can improve on the quality.

due to the huge number of people the the elevator has to wait at least 5-10 min. You should also take into account that if you have a baby stroller, you should pick it up and carry it, as some of the infrastructure is not designed for the use of a baby stroller.

It was here for the second time. We liked the food, everything is delicious, especially the cakes that are made by hand next to the pool. The hotel is not new but that was to be expected. Good infrastructure, various pools, including pools with slides and sea water. However, in order to manage expectations, it is necessary to understand that there are a lot of people in the Hotel. The beach is not sand, but small pebbles.

There are a lot of people in the hotel, so you have to be ready to wait for everything: water, elevator, food, etc.

In general, everything is fine. Large area with several different pools and access to the sea. Various interesting activities. The room is not big but quite pleasant, the service can be considered good, the personal tries to please you and make you happy, except the reception - these guys go out of their way to annoy you and ruin your holiday, especially I remember the last one who ordered a taxi for our family and directed it to the wrong terminal .

I did not like many dogs and cats on the hotel territory. Dogs were very big and running really fast on the beach and my 7 years old son was scared a few times. The other thing is that food this time was not really various in compare with 2019.

The have been in the hotel second time. First time we were in 2019. All services are excellent, the staff is super friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very busy! Finding a table is like negotiating a seat on the subway. Some hotel guests are rude and push in front - that's frustrating but no fault of the hotel.

I liked the extravagant decor - it gave the hotel uniqueness. Ocean views from the room were beautiful. The beach access was great. The food had great variety and it was great to have a la carte included in the "all-inclusive" package. The coffee from the cafe's barista was great. The Kids Club was brilliant - our son was there the whole time! They even took him on an excursion to the dolphin show. I loved the morning yoga and pilates - very authentic!

To me, personally I felt the main restaurant a little ‘canteen’ kind of feel to it 🙁… just my personal opinion. Couldn’t fault the food.

The quality of the hotel and decor was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I only had a short stay but enjoyed my time very much. Club rooms beautiful.

the hotel is 30 years old, so is their furniture, the sofas in the lobby don’t look clean even if they are probably clean. Many areas in their premises were closed including an outdoor swimming pool and 3 of their restaurants, so were many recreational facilities in the hotel, this makes their promotional videos somewhat misleading. What you advertise must be on offer unless clearly stated otherwise.
