The whole area is very built up and crowded.

Although I payed a considerable amount money for a superior room, the room we stayed is so worn out, especially the bathroom. I think this room is not value for money, especially when I compare with European standards. Rooms need renovation for sure

communication problem. Most staff can’t speak English when in the beach I ask for towels but the beach attendant asking me for a towel card what is a towel card? why do I need one if I’m a guest why I wasn’t given one at check in?

This was our 4th time visiting this facility. The content is always above average but this time there were some issues about the quality of the content. Facility started getting older over the years and our expectation was to see some renovations during Covid break. But unfortunately the facility didn’t invest on this point. You can see some old furniture in the rooms / common spaces or some rotting wood pieces inside bathroom and balcony. Another point of improvement is the breakfast. They should really start looking for some other supplier’s because it didn’t meet our expectations this time. The breakfast was one of our favorite’s in our previous visits. Finally, prices of the restaurant were incredibly high for a bed+breakfast facility. Be prepared to pay incredible prices for food - not only in the facility but also in Bodrum in general.

The sea and the beach of Gundogan was beautiful (as always), crystal clear water, easy to swim for infants and has a dock for adults. There are plenty of umbrellas and covers over the dock so you can protect yourself from the sun for the whole day. Common places of the facility and the rooms were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Apart from the breakfast, food was delicious.

Number of staff was not enough. Sometimes we had to wait quite long to give order at the restaurant. The variety of breakfast food was not enough. And worse of all 2 days in a row there was no brown bread available. Restaurant prices were too high/

Location, rooms, food were all excellent. Attitude of service staff was very positive although they were working hard due to small number of service staff/

Wifi is weak at times, the extra bed in the room is not really comfortable. And hot water can be a problem at upper floor rooms.

Excellent breakfast, location, and very clean room. Our view was breath-taking. The beach is right across the hotel and the hotel provides towels. I also suggest you try the hotel restaurant, as it also exceeded our expectations.

Very helpful and friendly staff, always made sure we had a great stay. The rooms were clean and overall at least as nice as the pictures show. The food was decent and the drinks were great!

Not quite suitable for elderly people who have walking ailments (need to take steep stairs to the restaurant & beach), shortage of staff impacting service speed and quality and staff looks overworked and tired, no afternoon tea/ room service although these are offered in other similar hotels, deck is quite crowded and sun-beds not comfortable

Excellent location, rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors have great design and comfort, just a stone’s throw away from the sea, good breakfast included

I can not believe how they advertised the hotel on the website. I wasn’t happy with my stay as everything was in low quality. beach beds are uncomfortable and there is no personal space in between. food wasn’t good either. I would not recommend at all.

air conditioner wasn’t strong or broken.When we open our balcony door there was strong cat litter smell so it was quite hot in the room .we booked sea view room but we barely saw the sea from our room also wifi wasn’t working properly in the hotel .

The staff is amateur. They didn’t anything about the hotel management. The hotel is not a baby-friendly hotel. There were a lot of stairs. Elevators going to the parking area and you need use a ramp for your stroller with high angle. It was really hard to use. Foods were unsavory and we couldn’t have even a pizza cause their chef left the hotel. In short, don’t waste your money. It’s not a 5 star hotel. You pay a lots of money and you didn’t get any service.

The beach was overcrowded !!! Non-hotel customers can enter the private beach area by paying a certain fee. Packed side by side with a lot of people during Covid-19.... No window at our room !!! very frustrating ! only a door opens up to a patio that has air access from 3 meters top.
