Narrow winding stairs to top floor. Some of kitchen equipment worked, some eg oven didn't.

Very close to Blue Moscue and Hagua Sofia. Great panormic view on sea from the suite on top floor. Plenty of small restaurants around.

The staff is very attentive and responsive. They helped with everything, with bags, with calling a taxi. The location is good, walking distance of 15 minutes to all historical sights.

Internet speed is ok when you can connect to Wi-Fi - the connection is stable only in selected places of the apartment.

Location is great and the staff is really friendly and helpful. They recommended us a restaurant nearby with really nice cuisine and affordable prices. The weather was quite cold, but it was really warm in the apartment. Everything is clean and there is a lot of space for us.

there was a hall without roof to go to the room, the weather was cold and rainy so it’s uncomfortable to go from the reception to the room. Also there was no breakfast, I though there was gonna be but maybe it was my mistake.

Apartment doesn't have a proper living room. Some bedsheets weren't fresh and we had to ask to replace them.

Beds were OK but not super comfortable and the bathroom had no ventilation so stayed very damp. The heating was not on when we arrived so the apartment was very cold the first night. However, once it had been turned on for a few hours it was warm.

Good sized apartment with 2 separate bedrooms, basic kitchen and bathroom facilities. Bedding and heating was very good (we were staying there in February, so quite cold).

The location is amazing. The apartment was clean, marvellously wonky as only old buildings can be. The kitchenette is basic, and the facilities are small. If I was wanting a longer stay, I think I would look for a more expensive option personally.

The team could not have been more welcoming or accommodating. For example we had sunscreen lost at security en route. They found somewhere locally that we could buy a replacement at a really good cost and gave us directions. They always helped with bags and would have helped with much more if we had asked them I am sure. The location is superb for exploring the old town. There was initially a problem when we had booked a three bed apartment and were told that we only had a two bed.. During very good discussion through the app, I asked for and was offered a very good discount . Owners very responsive on text.

Not a lot of kitchen accessories (no cup, no bin, ... ) but it is not very important as we have always eaten outside !

Perfect location closed to the main touristic attractions, the room and the bathroom are big and cleaned very well, from the terrace you have a nice sea view, the hotel booked a taxi for us (airport-hotel, round trip) and it was very easy to get to the hotel.

It does not depend on the hotel, but if you do not get here by taxi, then you need to take into account that the road from the tram goes along the cobblestone pavement, and there is a risk of losing the wheel from the suitcase.

I'd got a room much better than booked and had everything I needed. Clean, quiet in night, good wifi. 5-10 min walking to main attractions. Near the Little Sophia there is an exit to the embankment. If you need a transfer to the airport, ask the owner for the shuttle bus phone number, you can get there for 10 euros

The floor is a bit tilted, but safe. It would be better if they have an elevator, esp. if you have big luggages. Better to ask for the second floor.

The location is very strategic, and the staffs are very nice and helpful. They tried their best to help us, from accompanying my mother-in-law to visit some mosques and also trying to ensure that we feel comfortable. Value for money for a family trip.

We stayed in a family suite which was very spacious and clean. It's in the quiet area if you're looking for a good night sleep but still very central. 3 min walk to Sultanahment and 30 min (tram+walk) to Galata Tower.
