Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThe bungalow could be upgraded a little. There were no proper curtains on the windows & the shower was poor.
Location, location, location! Full Moon Camp is situated in a stunningly beautiful Kabak valley, with amazing views of the mountains & forest & down to the beach (25 mins walk). Lovely chilled vibe at pool & bar/restaurant. Great staff & good food. Good Dolmus service from Fethiye (1 hr 15 m). Great base for hiking Lycian Way. Sitting on the bungalow balcony enjoying the views was perfection!

LebanonI loved everything.
Everyone there is amazing! Incredible view from all the areas wherever you go, I was teleworking from there, and needed somewhere nice/calm/comfy to work from. Thank you, Sardan, for all the help and care and always checking on me and helping with my plans. The place by the pool is really nice for all the hot days, and they played really nice soft music that uplifted the vibes. The bungalow was gorgeous, too, waking up with a sea view directly from your bed. Perfect for couples or solo travelers. I booked for 2 nights and ended up extending for a full week. Can't wait to come back there. Kabak Beach is like a 30 min hike downstairs , it's very nice and cozy without trashy tourists vibe like Oludeniz.

United KingdomThe beach restaurant was rubbish - but that’s not the hotel’s fault.

CanadaThere is a raver camp nearby that we could hear playing music during the middle of the night occasionally.
The food was great, and it accommodated our vegan and gluten free needs. The staff was really kind. Can and Nasra were particularly fantastic. It was also out of the hustle bustle of the main area of Kabak, which meant that we had a peaceful place to hang out.

United KingdomThe roads up in the mountain are quite hairy - might have been our rubbish hire car, but some of the hills were difficult to get up even in first gear.
Beautiful laid back camp. Excellent food. Air-conditioned tree houses. Exceptional views. Lovely walks. Terrace/restaurant area with pool, table tennis and bar. The beach is perfect - a few cafes and shop to escape heat, sun umbrellas for rent (reasonably priced). Turtle nests on the beach. Easy to organise boat trips etc.

CanadaFLY ME TO THE FULL MOON. The night before we left Full Moon, we talked for several solid hours, the way languishing intellectuals talk in the kitchen, and those mad and frenzied people that all people in Russia have always been. We talked about everything. And this "everything" turned out to be common. For us - Russian "loners" (me, my wife), for a Ukrainian girl hiding from the war in the Lycian mountains covered with pine and cedar trees, for Turkish guys running the Full Moon business (also "loners" who escaped from Istanbul) , and for those who came from God knows where, like my wife and I, to rest between the sky and the sea ... I was thinking: The Full Moon is necessary as evidence that the truth is in itself. This occurred to Thales, who ruled that nothing is too obvious, and every statement must have a proof; it was "a really original and revolutionary idea in Greek geometry", so he is rightly considered the first scientist and the first philosopher. They say that when he - Thales, observing the heavenly bodies and looking up, fell into the well, then some Thracian, a pretty and lively maid, laughed at him, that he strives to know what is in heaven, the same that is nearby and underfoot, does not notice. ... It is customary to think that what is usually said at night is what during the day, in wakefulness, made the strongest impression. I have, just, reverse observations - we talked about that, in relation to which there is no control of consciousness during the day. I have noticed more than once that it is precisely things barely noticed during the day, thoughts not brought to clarity, words spoken without a soul and left without attention, that return at night, clothed in flesh and blood, and become the themes of dreams, as if in compensation for the day's disregard for them. ... I love you guys from Full Moon. Truth is sought only by loners and breaks with all who love it insufficiently.

FranceThe shower is a very basic affair, located in the toilets. However the water was warm and it served its purpose. These are little glamping cabins after all. It would be better if they recycled and were more careful about plastic bottles left around the property, most likely by unconscientious travelers.
The staff was incredible, their kindness and great taste in music greatly added to good vibes of the camp. We loved the billiard and ping pong tables, the bar area perched in the trees and the great view from our cabins in the tree.

RomaniaThe view is amazing from the individual cottage as well as from the pool area and restaurant. Excellent food (we had breakfast and dinner included) and very good service. You can park the car just in front of the property. The beach is around 800m down, you need to walk (nice walk actually, but you need to be prepared for an extra effort especially when you cone back from the beach).
