Location was great and the staff friendliness was exceptional. The panoramic view of Bosphorus from our room was amazing. Haleh at the front desk was exceptional, very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and helpful during our stay at the hotel. We definitely recommend this hotel to our friends for staying although a little pricy for what was being offered.

Room size was smaller than expected. It could have been slightly bigger. Luggage space is very limited. However if you are travelling single, the room is perfect.

Great location very close to Taksim square with close proximity to Metro. The room size was small and is best suited for single occupancy. View from the balcony is not great, as we see only a small garden. But the views did not matter to us as we spent only very less time inside the room,

Hairdryer cord was connected to the drawer, which is too short. I had to pull the hairdryer with strength entire time and arms got quite tired after drying hair. Breakfast is a bit pricy.

We spent 3 nights in this lovely hotel. We were welcomed by Burak ,amazing receptionist , but all the staff was great from start to finish. The restaurant serves amazing food, which you can have also in the room via room service (super good service for both sides) . The rooms are beautifully decorated and full of every comfort. The location is perfect , 5 minutes walk from Taksim square .

This is my second stay in Gezi Bosphorus hotel and definitely not the last one. Location is just perfect, room is good size, very clean and very comfortable bed. Staff member highly professional and supportive. Hotel restaurant with Bosphorus view is perfect spot to start your day in Istanbul :)

Great welcome, room upgrade, compliments of the hotel. Friendly staff, perfectly clean rooms. Great restaurant in the hotel, food very good, great choice. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room overlooked the park - it was quiet enough. Will definitely choose this hotel again!

The hotel is truly unique among the big 5-start hotels in Taksim. It's beautiful and modern. Its location is perfect - in the heart of Taksim yet still out of the noise - and it has an unbeatable view of the Bosphorus and the Beşiktaş neighborhood. The Staff is very polite, helpful, and always smiling, and the facilities are impeccable. We got a small upgrade upon check-in, which was definitely a welcome bonus, but I think even without it we'd have enjoyed our stay just as much, especially that we booked a good-value-for-money offer.

The only thing less good were the pillows for my personal preference, they have 4 in bed (king size bed) but they are all on the hard side. Bed very comfortable tho.
