I didn't like the lack of fresh air in our room. It thought it was overlookibg a backyard but effectively it was a sort of a closed confinement without an access to the outside air but with noisy heat pumps outer modules. And looks like somebody is always smoking inside this confinement, so sleeping with an open window is quite a pleasure there.

The location is very convenient. All the hallmarks are in the vicinity. The staff was very friendly and very helpful.

The room was not cleaned well. The fridge had other guests leftovers. Used coffee sachets were kept along with unused sachets. Of course it was cleaned after we bought it to their notice.

The hotel is in a fantastic location for tourists, so the construction is a bit old and some problems are to be expected. One just needs to ask the staff and they sort out everything.

We interacted with 4 staff members, all of whom are just lovely. They help with requests, answer questions, share tips for sightseeing and getting around. Unfortunately I only took names of 2 but big thanks to Zainep, Yilmaz and the whole team! :)

Albeit being located pretty central to the main tourist attractions, you’d have to do a lot of hiking up and down the cobblestone road which can be a bit of a hassle if you’re carrying multiple luggage or if you’re traveling with elders. The hotel is located near to several other hotels and shops/restaurants and it can get pretty noisy at night and early morning so if you’re sensitive to noise, just be aware of that.

I stayed here for 4D3N and it was comfortable overall. The room is slightly small and is comfortable and relatively clean. Toilet is clean and spacious enough. We got breakfast each morning and the food choices is good enough to make you full in the morning. The location is pretty central and near to the T1 tram line. Staffs were helpful towards any inquiry.

I was impressed by all of the staff within the hotel. The maids ensured my room was immaculate on a daily basis and the receptionist was very friendly and also extremely helpful. The price I paid was absolutely worth it. This is something every manager longs to hear from his or her guests. The stay was worth every penny, no matter what the cost

Breakfast was not so much for European taste, but plenty on a buffet; in my room I heard the people from neighbouring rooms, not so much noise from the street

A got a very good rate in January, The location was quite central, only 2 min away from a tram station/ main shopping road, and 5 min on foot to the big Blue mosque, 10 min to Hagia Sophia / Topkapi staff was friendly and helpful, on the 5th floor; I had even view to the sea

The room was small and basic. Perhaps a bit of updating of the rooms is required. It would just add to the experience and allow for a better experience for the few hours spent in the room.

The location was minutes from the main areas of the city. Easy to walk to, which is essential in such a gridlocked area. The metro is also walking distance away, should you want to travel further or if the city.

Access from the street to the main entrance is a bit tricky. There is no ramp. Multiple stairs. If you are carrying suitcases/luggage,it is hard to bring those in, through the main entrance.

The room was a bit old and not spacious enough for 2 people with luggage but it is okay if you only need to sleep.

The location is perfect, 5 minutes from the tram stop and also 5 minutes by foot to Sultanahmet Mosque. There are also lots of small restaurants and cafes, souvenir shops and 1 good supermarket around. Also, the staff is very friendly and helpful, everyone speaks English.

I didn't like the room. I have booked the room for big beddrom. However, I got to separate bed, combined together. But even though I slept on it, because after my trip I was so tired and sick.

Hi readers, I liked the location. The team of the hotel was useful. The place has a nice and cosy lobby. The breakfast was normal, my advice them to put some music in the lobby a special at breakfast time.

The coffee was poor quality, I think they could make small changes and make it better for their customers.

Walking distance to tram station, Blue Mosque, Haya Sofya. It is just that the area a bit hilly, you need to get a taxi from/to if you have a big luggage. Breakfast good and the staff also very helpful.
