Swimming pool was not heated and they advertised as heated. It was a problem for kids especially but adults didn’t use swimming pools too. I was disappointed as I booked this hotel especially for heated swimming pools.

Food whilst is pretty good, can be improved further.There are enough choices for people to decide however if you are staying for more than a week, a little fatigue with set in. Staff may or may not always understand english, however they do try best to help out.

Property had a bit of everything, which in a way caters to most of age groups. Since we went with a 2 year old, there were ample options for him to keep busy. Enjoyed the baby pool, small rides, multiple play areas outside and inside both. Food and drinks were available most of the times during the whole day, with cafes serving coffees. Most of the drinks i ordered were also included in price. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Water on the indoor pool was too cold. In our room AC was not effective - at night it was too warm (not big issue in April).

Well-kept hotel area, tasty food with a large selection of dishes, availability of various types of alcohol, including imported ones, good service, "Magnum" ice creams, nice shows (especially Magic show), nice beach with a bar next to it, aqua park for children, but be aware that large slides may only be used by children over 10 years old.

I hated the written bad reviews :) This hotel is magnificient

Everything is exceptional. It's heaven for those who have kids thanks to HiKids club which has extremely professional staff. I go everywhere knowing that my kids are taken care of and enjoying their time and when we are together they don't get bored and we have lots of things to do and to eat. Overall it was a perfect place.

The air condition through out our stay was not working. We stayed in hot room but nights were little cold so we were ok. The guest relations told us that they weren't expecting weather to be hot hence air conditioners are not operated. This is was only the very big downside of our stay.

One of the staff members was rude at the bar. After reporting to Guest relations, they made an extra effort to look after us. They even threw a complementary a la carte dinner for us.

Amazing place. Very calm and beautiful. Everything facility in close reach. Service very decent with friendly smiles. Average food at the buffet restaurant but a la carte dinner at the Italian restaurant was fantastic.!! Best part is entertainment for kids and adults. Belle dance was a treat.!!!

Turning off the lobby lights after 12 every night while the bar was open 24 hours left us sitting in darkness.

Having stayed at this hotel it was our second visit, and once again, we were treated to an incredible experience. The staff, particularly Omer, Volkan, Deniz, Surkan, and Merve were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. We're already planning to return in the summer, eager to relive the wonderful memories created here.

Food offerings varied and some days were better than others - we had plenty to eat but some days felt a bit random in terms of what was offered. More traditional Turkish dishes would have been nice. This is only a minor complaint though. Some softer pillows would be nice - they were too high for me and our toddler.

Stayed for a week with my husband and a 3 year old and we had a lovely, relaxing break. Hotel was very quiet, so we had the pool to ourselves most of our time and there was no need to queue for food. Winter concept means less facilities than in summer but not a problem for us as you pay less in winter and therefore the price reflects the services. Kids club, beach, spa, gym and small splash park still open. We had a few days of rain and were able to make good use of the indoor pool. Booked in a couple of great massages (worth haggling for a good deal). Room and bathroom very clean - minibar restocked daily and rooms cleaned/towels refreshed without issue. Staff in the restaurant were extremely welcoming and attentive. Would like to pass on special thanks to Sukran who took great care of us and our little one. It really made all the difference and we are so appreciative of her hard work. Late checkout available by the hour (depending on hotel availability) which was very useful as we had evening flight and normal checkout is 12pm. This is a great break if you want a change of pace, to relax and take it easy - very child friendly. Suited us just fine and can see us coming back.

The kids club was a bit boring for my kid - I was only able to leave him there for one hour every time because there is not much to do.

The kids’ pools were amazing! I loved the food as well. It was very diversified! The place is very calm!

Taxi company is an absolute rip off. For a journey of 15min they charge 55£, the taxis in this area are mafia and you cannot order Uber or BiTaxi. Amazing stay and hotel but due to the cost of the taxis we will probably stay next time somewhere closer to the city. The hotel was amazing, they helped even with free airport transfer and didn’t above and beyond for us, but this taxis is something that the hotels in Antalya in general should stop supporting this discrimination to tourist and allow cheap apps such as bitaxi and Uber …

The outdoor pools were not heated

From the moment of our hotel arrival to the point of checkout, the overall experience was truly commendable. The all-inclusive package emerged as a standout feature, with restaurant staff exceeding expectations to ensure impeccable service. The restaurant's buffet boasted an extensive selection of fresh offerings for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Particularly noteworthy was the exceptional "Hey Kids" facility, where diverse programs were thoughtfully organized to keep children engaged and occupied from morning until late evening.

We liked everything.

This was the second time we stayed at this resort. Our daughter (10) loved it, especially the pool and aquapark facilities. Pleasant staff, very nice food, nightly shows. Enjoyable for all ages I think, especially families with young kids.

Bathrooms are not up to the mark for 5 star rated hotel. Ther are long-standing toilet stains and basic toiletries not provided.

First off, each meal in main restaurant felt like a school canteen, and moreover you need to actually actively scout for spare tables to sit at, as everything is taken. So be prepared to walk around a bit to search for a place to have your meal unless you want to wait and come to closing hours when everything frees up. Beach is nice, however during our stay there was not a single day when we were able to find free chairs to take. This was very disappointing. Some people just left towels on sun beds and have gone elsewhere for whole day - so that did not help with free sun bed capacity.

We stayed in villas and it was perfect - spacious bedrooms with all amenities, excellent beds, pool and small yard was great. Beach is 5 min walk.

We stayed at the hotel for 6 days in total, we contacted the room service twice during our entire stay, in order to get towels, these two times they just didn't arrive unfortunately...

The place is clean, tidy, large enough with excellent facilities for children of all ages, a large dining room with a variety of foods, everyone can find something for themselves in terms of food.
