United KingdomMy sister got chased by 8 dogs on the beach and she was very scared when this happened. This is unacceptable - those dogs should not be on a holiday resort. One of our rooms was dirty and there were scratch marks over furniture.

United States of AmericaDated facilities, quality of housekeeping services was lacking (trash not always emptied, dirty fridge never got cleaned), big portion of staff does not speak languages other than Turkish, no blankets in rooms (only thick sheets), price gouging taxi drivers charge double above the official meter prices (not quite the hotel problem, but they don't really push back on that), limited variety of proteins in self-service food areas, lots of "junk carb" food options
Beach facilities are great, huge swimming pools, wonderful waterpark rides for adults and children, ample bars spread around the hotel grounds, staff works diligently on cleaning up common areas and keeping them organized, solid wi-fi coverage on the hotel grounds, including the beach, large variety of food in the self-service restaurants, plenty of vegetables

United KingdomThe beds were quite low and not that comfortable. The extra bed was soo small and very uncomfortable not suitable for adult. No evening entertainment for adults only.
Check in was smooth, pools were lovely so was the beach with plenty of sunbeds with umbrellas. Daily activities were good plus shows. Plenty of places to eat and good selection. liked the timed seating in the main restaurant made it less busy.

Switzerlandbut in general, the waste foods were a lot, I think if you increase the number of special restaurants You can save on food products and increase the quality. I think it is better than more food types but with low quality. I understand it is hard to manage because your customers want to eat everything and want to sense all-inclusive performance. the beach was not good because of the cleaning system and the bar abilities, those were not good. The cleaning of the sauna was horrible.
pools are good, all foods are good, the staff had a smile, cleaning the floors and rooms is not very good.

this hotel was AMAZING , the staff are brilliant the facilities were great , the rooms were great , very spacious, i wanted to take the bathroom home it was that nice. we came at a perfect time of the year as it wasn’t too packed it was very chilled and peaceful , the food was WOW. , we went for my friends birthday and she had the best time , i wish we stayed longer but we will deffo be back!! SPECIAL SHOUTOUT to MUSTAFA he was our favourite we loved him , he works so hard it’s unreal (from breakfast to lunch to dinner) all day he works terribly hard so thank you to him we enjoyed his warm welcoming so much. Mehmet aswell , excellent hospitality 😍, all the staff were AMAZING. Thank you for having us.

United Kingdomalready put a complaint in to booking.com regards to poor expectations and poor customer service from the hotel staff, utterly unprofessional, rude, disappointed with the overall service. Example - an alarm was going off in my room from 12 midnight to 6am - i rang hotel reception who advised me they cannot do anything about it apart from in the morning, i.e. i should continue to try to sleep with a chirping loud alarm !! pathetic

We thought this was a really nice place. We went out of season and nice and quiet but could be busy in season. Food and rooms were both nice. Was a bit pricey though for Turkey. We do have an issue though with Booking.com allowing us to book the hotel even though it should have said the hotel was closed for the last night. The staff were great keeping it open for us and providing meals and drinks for us even though the mistake was not theirs. So for any visitors to this hotel, check the booking because currently it closes the Sunday after the republic day holiday in October. We were allowed to stay until the Monday but that was good gesture on behalf of the hotel thank you.

Palestinian TerritoryI didin't like the way the reception greeting me, I had to wait for more than hour to get my room, and they tried to give me a room has a city view rather than a sea view as my reservation. Ultimitaly I got a room has a side sea view. The reception is not a good listener, I informed him of my flight date and time to do the PCR test in the right time. And he told me that I can do the PCR test in the hotel at the morning one day before the flight time. Then it turned out that I had to do the PCR test in the prevous day. So I had to go to the nearest hospital and that cost me 140 TR and wasted my time. The food is bad. Only the salad was good enough.

CyprusEverything was perfect. Food was delicious, the staff was really friendly. They have a 24/7 bar. You can use all of the facilities. They have live shows, music and cultural nights. Best pina colada we have ever had. You have to try the Piano Bar. Our room had an amazing view. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The cleaner comes every day. A lot of bazaars only 2 minutes away. The beach is amazing. Really close to the Duden waterfall. Ideal for couples. It exceeded our expectations. We had an amazing time. Thank you! P.S. You can get your pcr test in the resort for only 17 dollars. You get the results only in a few hours.

Bosnia and HerzegovinaIn this hotel there is lack of staff at the reception so we had to wait for more than one hour for check in. You can't pay extra to extend your stay, but you have to book again and to go through all the procedure over again. When reception calls taxi they come but they doesn't want to start taximeter and they ask you for double price immediately. Fortunately we manage to negotiate and to lower the price.
There is plenty of food and drinks 0-24. The pool was amazing, beach as well. What I liked the most was volleyball and other activities that are organized all day.
