We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The room is clean, nicely decorated, daily room cleaning and towel change. The breakfast was tasty and every day different food. The pool is clean and cosy, there is even a fitness but it's very comfortable. All organizational issues are resolved very quickly! Thank you to all the staff for the warm welcome. When we were leaving the hotel we got a sweet gift from the hotel, it was a surprise for us and we were very happy. 🇹🇷🇺🇦
