Irelandless choice of dishes at breakfast and fresher produce. no air con. Confirmed rate was €292.50 yet €301 was taken from my credit card. Had two coffee sachets in the room on arrival. should be replaced daily.
Breakfast was just ok. Cucumber was dried up. tomatoes were all overripe. had to keep to boiled eggs and bread. fruit should be an option for breadfast However location of hotel was very good. Staff were very friendly and pleasant. Air con did not work, said it would be fixed in two hours but never worked. Why give me the room if the air con was broken. could not leave door open as the noise outside was so bad.

Saudi ArabiaBreakfast has to be improved. It has the same menu everyday. Very little to food. Many cheeses but less breakfast material. Boiled eggs only, as opposed to scrambled ,sunny side up or fully done eggs. Too many cold salads everyday and less food.More plug points required in rooms.
Friendly service ,cleanliness and amenities. Staff is on 24 hour service which is excellent.

RomaniaNoise: the noise wasn’t the worst till a point that you can’t sleep, but it was there, however if you have a long day walking in Istanbul, you would come look for the bed and you wouldn’t care how much noise you will hear because you will be already dead :))
Location: the location is a huge plus, you are 15 min away from the main attractions, also that you can reach taksim and the Asian side so easy by walking 6 min till the metro station was great plus. Breakfast: unlike the ratings for the breakfast, it was excellent. you had every thing you expect for a breakfast meal. Staff: very friendly and helpful, speaks Turkish, English, and some speak also Arabic.

SwedenI asked for a transfer from the airport to the hotel, but I waited in vain and had to rent a taxi in which I was subjected to extortion... On the way back, I asked for a taxi, but it turned out that the hotel did not have private cars, but rather rented a regular taxi for me. It was not comfortable, However, the hotel charged me a hundred Turkish lira for that.. I booked a Turkish bath and at the time I found another person, which confused our daily program in Istanbul and disturbed our mood a lot.. Breakfast was not at the required level.. It is very poor and not varied as expected, so that we were satisfied with boiled eggs and tea.. Even the bread was not varied..
The workers are good..clean..the building has a historical imprint..close to markets, transportation and restaurants

United KingdomUnlike my experience with the receptionist Burak at Marmaray hotel main branch who was super aggressive and very racist calling me “Arapgça” which is an insult in Turkish, my experience at Blue Marmaray in Lalali was amazing. A receptionist called Mohammed who’s originally Turkish but can speak both English and Arabic very fluently, was very nice super respectful always smiling and very professional. He was the total opposite of the other receptionist at the main branch. I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Mohammed for being super nice friendly and kind with us during our stay! :)

United KingdomThe Gym only had 2 equipments; i was expecting a room full of dumbbells and cables etc. There was no pool even though it was listed on the facilities description. Can be hard to sleep at times due to the noise from the outside and if you are in floor 6 you hear the noise from upstairs floor 7- the restaurant.
The breakfast was nice it consisted of various types of foods and was presented in a buffet style. The restaurant area was comfortable and nice and overall was good value for money.

United KingdomBreakfast was poor, it had limited options, food tasted like it was from previous days. Room was so small, we couldn’t even walk around. We asked for a cot and it wasn’t provided. We asked for a double bed but was provided 3 single bed. The room service was very poor and it felt like the staff’s morale was very low as they weren’t working to guests expectations. The staff in reception were very moody and didn’t want to help out.

IranTwo small things that should be considered in the future, one is that the light in the rooms is low. Second, toilet faucets need to be inspected.
Due to the fact that it is located in the center of the city and the market, the space around the hotel is naturally crowded, but with double glazed windows, the sound outside is not annoying. The hotel staff is hospitable and spends time with the hotel guests.

ItalySince we were not informed on the change of the hotel (!) for our reservation at all, the lack of respect for customers needs to be fixed.
We had no time even to appreciate the hotel since, although we had a regular reservation on Booking, as soon as we arrived the receptionist informed us that, because of the lack of room availability, we need to move to a different nearby hotel (Alpine Hotel), where I got a less than 4 square meters room instead of the room I reserved AND payed for. It was hard for me even to open my luggage on the Alpinn room floor. My advice to the Marmaray Hotel is to respect customers by informing them in time in these cases.

BulgariaI liked how the linens had holes in them. I liked how tha bathroom had black mold. I liked how neither the TV or the AC worked. I like how this is a 2star hotel pretending to be a 4 star one. But above all I liked how that they put a family with a small baby in 12 sq.m. room even when we booked 20sq.m room. Such a small room where the fridge door could not be opened fully or we had to play acrobats every time we tried to traverse the room.
