We have been there with a Baby and unfortunately there was no elevator to the Apartment rooms, the room furniture could need some upgrade and refreshment all a bit outdated, Kitchen Equipment in the Apartment bit scarce, Daily blasting loud party music until late night (not ideal for Families with Kids or people with light sleep)

Very Friendly Staff which helped us to organise a Surprise Birthday Party, Hotel Restaurant with good food (bit pricey), Good Location close to the beach, Partner Beachbar with free sunbeds, Rooms have been cleaned spotlessly every day

Our first apartment was extremely noisy; it was impossible to sleep during night due to music from another hotel

The sofa beds in the living room were quite hard and it was not very comfortable to sleep on them. Probably, a thin mattress would help. The AC was dripping water right on the electrical socket which I don't think is very safe. The amount of kitchen utensils is not enough for people who want to cook themselves - only to make sandwiches and whip up a quick veggie salad. The hotel beach is in ~10 min of walking.

We were provided a spacious two-room apartment with two balconies on the opposing sides of the building. The apartment was clean, each room had an AC unit that were always on to combat the outside humidity and heat. There's two outdoor pools, where one is more popular with the kids and the second one is a bit quieter.

When we first arrived, the driver took as to the back entrance. We did not know where the main entrance was, no one was there to help or guide us where to go. Music would be too loud and go on really late into the night. There was a shop which is part of the hotel Melissa garden shop better to pay in Turkish liras, if you pay in EUROS they rip you off. Apartments have no lift, so it is difficult if you are on the 3rd floor or above with kids, buggy and luggage and no help trying to take everything to your apartment.

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment. All rooms had AC, cleaner came every day and asked if we needed our apartment cleaned. In the kitchen, there were cups, bowls, plates, and cutlery provided if you wanted to make something, we had our own breakfast in the hotel it was too expensive. Our room had a good view of the pool, kids really enjoyed pool and waterslide. Staff were helpful if you needed help or assistance. The beach is a 10 minutes walk there are a few restaurants around the area too.

The only thing I didn't like is the material that they have put round the pool to stop you slipping, it's grit painted over, so getting in and out of the pool is unpleasant, makes your hands and feet sore and if you have small children and they fall on it they will cut themselves.

The Food was amazing for a small run hotel and the staff are brilliant, The staff are the jewel in the crown at the hotel, if you need any help with anything they will not hesitate to help you rectify the problem if any. The cleaners are amazing, they work really hard to keep your room clean and tidy.

There were few utensils in the kitchen, kitchen stove did not work very well. Maybe a little noisy in the evenings. We have a small child and it was difficult to fall asleep. Perhaps if our windows faced the other way, it would be a little better.

Everything was perfect - the location of the hotel, spacious apartments. Very pleasant staff. The price and quality were as expected. The apartments were cleaned every day, very clean and great. The territory is small, but very beautiful. There is a place for children to play, as well as clean and good pools. There are many small shops nearby.

The kitchen is very poorly equipped - there was not even a tea pot or dishwashing equipment.

What made our stay so special were the people - rarely have we met staff so cheerful and fun, making us parents and our children feel welcome from the first minute. Our flat was clean and very big, quiet, with a nice view across the garden and the pool area. We had tremendous fun booking the photographer Attilah for a private photo safari - definitely go for it, he showed us spots we would have never discovered ourselves.

If you want to self-cater you’ll be struggling - best to check in advance with the property exactly what is in your kitchen and come prepared. We weren’t so it wasn’t an issue for us.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed half board and the price was very good value. The inclusive meal options were good, although of course other guests were ordering more spectacular meals! Drinks were reasonably priced for the location. The fridge in our apartment meant we could also buy drinks off site for throughout the day. We tried the spa and it was a great experience for all the family!

Prices in restaurant super expensive. When taking into account the restaurants around and other hotels, i found it to be quite steep.

Super value for money. The 2 bedroom apartment was super nice, old fashion perhaps, but very very spacious. Breakfast was great.

To be honest, we had higher expectations from the pictures and the way the hotel was presented in Booking.com. The hotel is a bit outdated, not so clean and the cleaning staff were quite inconsiderate, coming in to clean at any time without regard to whether anyone was sleeping or wanting to rest. Free Wi-Fi was only available around the pool and in the restaurant, but not in the rooms, so we had to pay an extra package for internet access, and even the paid connection was not very good. The most unpleasant thing was the way we were treated at dinner - as we were on a pre-paid half-board package, every night they reserved the best tables for those who ordered dinner separately, and people like us tried to seat them the not so nice places. For example, one night it was Turkey's national holiday and we had to argue with the staff to move us to the table under the awning where they had placed us, in the dark and next to the bar, without any decorations (the other tables had flags and balloons). while at the same time there were free tables outside by the pool which they kept for people of free consumption. The fact that we paid in advance for dinner apparently made us second class people in their opinion - or so we were made to feel.

The apartment was big enough to accommodate us (family with 3 kids). The pool was clean and the food (we had HB) was delicious. The boys at the reception were polite and gave us a lot of information for the resort, the beach and the sightseeing.
