Location very good, quiet except at prayer time as I could see the Hagia Sophia from my window. The property is being renovated, which should be completed soon, and some of the rooms were out of use. As a result I was given a bigger room than I expected. The staff were very helpful. Due to the renovations one breakfast was taken in the adjacent cafe but both the breakfast at the hotel and the cafe were buffet style and with plenty of choice.

The staff are nice and location is absolutely excellent. Bed in my room was very comfortable and wi-fi was fast. Breakfast was OK. Tea and coffee were available downstairs, but I was too lazy to go and try it.

Nothing worth mentioning

The hotel is a few minutes walk to the center where the places of interests are. The staff are super nice and go beyond what is required. They are very helpful especially the manager. He answered all our questions in whatsapp even when it was very late in the evening or rather very early morning. My toddler loves him! We had a very nice stay in this hotel.

Rooms a bit small and small towels. Breakfast without toaster but enough. In general terns needs a bit of updating and a toaster by the way.

Small but cute, simple and without pretensions at all. Perfect location. Though very centrical is a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to a lot of important things and transport easily available. Lots of restaurants around. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Good relation between price-quiality.

The room was very clean and comfortable. I also love how soft the towels are and the big screen TV. The staff were all friendly and made me feel at home. The breakfast was simple but very good! The location is excellent for first time visitors and I would definitely recommend staying here.

The location was exceptional and we often walked to wherever we wanted. There are 2 train stations nearby as well. Breakfast was clean and served timely. The hospitality from the hosts was exceptional and made us feel like home.

More fruit and some healthier bread at breakfast would have been nice. We had no phone number so could not use the hotel's car service from the airport.

Our bags were carried upstairs with no expectation of reward (we did leave a tip at the end) and the staff were unfailingly helpful and friendly. The location was superb. The room was small but quite adequate.

The following comments are my opinion and would not stop me returning : advertising pictures are out of date, from what we saw, bedrooms could do with being repainted and bathroom grout replaced. Also, communal areas could do with a lick of paint.

The hotel is situated in a perfect spot within very easy walking distance of Sultanahmet. Also close to two tram stops. All staff are exceptional and with special thanks to Sabrii and the lady who is cook and cleaner. Rooms are basic but comfortable. Complimentary coffee, tea, water (requested at reception or offered to you when you return to the hotel from a day out and about) is a lovely touch. There are some stairs to climb to the rooms and staff will help with your luggage.

The mattress on the bad was very soft for me, that was my only bit uncomfortable experience here. Nothing compared to the good parts.

Excellent breakfast, service, and staff. The location is outstanding. We are planning to come back to the city, and we will definitely stay in this hotel :) I already miss having a tea on the front porch :)

Bit difficult for taxis to park in front of the hotel as the street is very small and sometimes the taxi drivers did not know which one is the hotel (but these are minor problems for me)

Location right near Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace and Blue Mosque. Galata Bridge is only 30 minutes walk away and so was Suleymania Mosque. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was fabulous and plentiful. Room with a view of Hagia Sophia
