There were construction work indoors, close to lobby which was loud and were unpleasant. The entertainment team could have worked better, We didn't see any, indeed. The network speed was catastrophic, was not able to even check on the last day with the speed. The food was good, but could have been better and more diverse, in the final days of our stay the food was becoming repetitive.

View of the room was good, as well as the spa. The employees were sometimes kind, but some were not even acceptable.

The resort claims the club rooms are soundproof which is very far from truth, you can hear your next door neighbors very clearly (spoke to few other staying in the club rooms and that was the case for them as well) and with windows being single glazed you can also hear anything outside. The entertainment is very loud and takes places late eg. shows from 21.15 and dj from 22.30 till midnight. It also takes place in the area where club rooms are located, which tends to be where families with kids stay so it was very noisy.

This place is just amazingly located between a half a circle bay and steeply rising hills. The water is as clean as it gets. The facilities of the hotel are also very nice and the staff is very helpful. And everyone should be able to find the food for their own taste.

Reception guys were a bit rude and were.not willing to help (except one really nice girl). We asked for a quite room before arrival. And got the room in front of disco! Personnel was using all means to force us to stay there. Thanks God, they were able to change our room the next day (nice girl helped).

Beach volley was really good! Beach itself is nice, food was good, there is always something to eat. It's important when you travel with kids.

More attention should be paid to safety near pools area, no RUBBER covering around the pool and water slides, very slippery(there is synthetic, wich is very thin and wet all the time). There's no tea in a beach bar. The outside cleaning could be improved,in the afternoon a lot of garbage near sunbeds.

We spent 10 days with twins - 3 years old. In advance I requested room not far away from a restaurant and main attractions which was given(thank you!) ,still there was enough walking however it didn't bother us)) The nature is amazing, the sea is calm and beautiful, a number of swimming pools - there's place to everyone. The food was good. Kids enjoyed the Kids club very much, special Thanks to Sofia,Ibrahim and Tina!!!

Even though the food was good, the drinks/cocktails were not that good. So if you are hoping to have good cocktails included in the price, it was not the case. Unfortunately, there is no proper towel card system in the hotel, so people can take as many as towels they want to save a spot near the beach and pool. So you have to wake up early in the morning to find a nice spot. The entrance of the main swimming area on the beach is stoned at the bottom of the sea which makes it difficult if you would like to step on the bottom while swimming. It is better to start swimming directly to ignore the stones.

I think the best side of the hotel was the food options. The diversity of food you can find is above your expectations. So you can enjoy the open buffet and a la carte restaurant during your visit which makes the hotel good for value considering how much you would pay for food in a non all-inclusive hotel. The customer service assistant and their attention via WhatsApp etc. was really valuable. Their small gifts made the holiday more enjoyable. We stayed in a suite with 2 separate rooms for 4 people in total. Having separate bathrooms for each room was pretty convenient.
