Our room 4407, had a strong on and off smell of old urine from the day we arrived and for the whole week. Despite room service cleaning everyday the source couldn’t be identified. The WiFi was intermittent and not available throughout the hotel.

Location- close to shops and bazaars, Variety of dishes, friendly staff, spa- I had a lovely Turkish bath and massage.

The breakfast choices were not great. Lunch and dinner were a lot better. The WiFi connection in the rooms were poor at night but decent throughout the day. Could have had fridges in rooms stocked with basic drinks.

It was suitable for a family and had reasonable facilities.

Lack of entertainment after 11pm in the hotel, despite being 24 hour all inclusive. Would be nice to have an option of more music/dancing.

Good location, property was modern and clean. Room had all facilities and was a very good size. Good variety of food/drinks.

Hotel is slightly away from beach but still only 5 minute walk , However the hotel has very good facilities (gym, sauna, steam room and swimming pool)

There was no beach as advertised.

I love how the staff were very friendly and helpful. Buffet service was very good quality meals, with lots of options. Very clean environment. Housekeeping did an amazing job, always available to tidy up.

Pool area was rammed. Although there are signs everywhere about the reservation of sunbeds not being allowed, no-one took any notice! We spent all week on the beach which was lovely. No choice of alcohol free beer which is available as standard everywhere else we've been.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Large variety of good food. The beach is wonderful with plenty of sunbeds. The bars and restaurants down there are excellent too. On the whole the staff were friendly and helpful but there were a couple that didn't appear to enjoy their job!

Sadly didn't enjoy some of the food in the buffet and Verona Restaurant but that is my personal and subjective opinion. But the bakery breads and Turkish pancakes were very good and tasty.

Good location with great facilities lovely outdoor and indoor pools and spa. The pool bar is a great place for chilling and the hotel lobby is good too. The bakery and drinks provided were excellent. The 3 Guest Relation Officers were very friendly and helpful and made our stay very welcome and comfortable.

The room wasn't cleaned properly. Bathroom bin not emptied at all during our stay. We left used towels hung up as requested but the cleaner took them anyway. The cleaner mentioned on several occasions that she would be on her day off when we would be leaving. Obviously pushing for a tip.

There was no orientation from the reception staff or concierge on arrival. No information regarding meal times, facilities available etc. We had to figure that out by ourselves. The a la carte restaurants listed were not available to us. No clear reasons as to why.

Beautiful place. Everything needed in one resort. Access to Wyndham Garden facilities next door also as well as the beach! Lots to do for kids and adults

There were only a couple of tennis tables and pool tables for a large number of guests which make it difficult to get a go. They advertised a sofa bed for our family suit but we didn't get one. The quality of the drinks in the fridge in our suit was poor. The sun beds by the pool are always occupied by towels and difficult to get.

I like the variety of foods for both breakfast lunch and dinner. I like the provision of alternative food if you missed breakfast or if the provision of sandwich if you missed dinner. I like the facilities at the beach.

Staff weren’t helpful, most of them didn’t speak English and couldn’t understand me. Had to keep calling other people to explain things to. Food was so repetitive and the meats gave me a bad stomach.

Spa and other treatments at the hotel were expensive and not worth the money. Wifi would continuously lose signal so having to go through setup screen multiple times a day.

The family room was spacious and clean. We were all inclusive so there was always enough options to eat throughout the day. 3 pools gives plenty of space for everyone and the shaded pool is a very good idea. Very frequent minibus available to take you to the private beach with additional activities to participate in there.
