My room was outside near pool which the internet was not working properly. My room was in second floor outside which as I chooses from the photo in Booking.com and didn’t show any room on second floor. Even though there was room available down, they said it is full and during all my stay I was watching the empty rooms. I stayed 10days in 2 different reservation there which at least they could offer my desired room. If you are looking for a place which can go to Istanbul downtown it is not a good location, but I was looking for a place looks like resort and more relaxing which was perfect for me.

The rooms have everything you need, very clean, food is great, good location but what makes this hotel stand out 100% is the team that work at the hotel from breakfast team, doormen, housekeeping & reception - every person working at this hotel was 10/10. Felt so happy, comfortable & welcomed.

They asked for a guarantee and stated this will be reimbursed in 3 weeks!!! So, you become their creditor. Without guarantees they locked the minibar.

Staff, their arrogance and cluelessnes and absence of an6 customer servicelet alone emphaty.

Some staff of the hotel are just standing there doing nothing, and not only that they refuse to help a guest, but also lie to the guest and play ping pong with the guest telling her to go to wrong restaurant 3 consecutive times. When I complained to other staff at the reception, this guy asked me " why are you upset?!" It wad obvious that I had a surgery on my face and I kindly asked where could I redeem my free drink voucher and this lazy snd sadistic receptionist sent me to a wrong place 3 times without any consideration for my condition and the fact that I was a guedt and he was OBLIGED to provide a service to me!! In the end, all these 3 times of yrying to get my free drink and all the effort ended with realization that I can get only a free cup of tea!!!! Very lame.

The smoking patrons inside the hotel in the corridors of our room level. Also the indifference of the reception stuff when we addressed the smoking issue. The unhelpful response we received from the front house stuff. Very dissatisfied and disappointed
