You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

A great place for those who are staying in Trabzon for the first time and not only. The rooms are very good, we took a regular room and were satisfied, everything is kept clean and tidy. I can’t say anything about the restaurant, we didn’t have time to go in, but I think that everything is at a good level there. Employees The staff of this hotel is one of the best I have met, they will help you with absolutely everything, prompt,support in a conversation, I want to thank them for their help and courtesy!

OmanWIFI was a wake in all areas, there was no parking for the hotel, the service of cleaning was late, the system of the hotel to pay person, not per room was not a good idea.
the hotel location and view are nice, the breakfast hall so big and the food is good, the view of the room was to the swimming pool, staff is good as I saw, even was misunderstanding in the first but later was all good.

GeorgiaThe hotel was very cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was very delicious. The best part was swimming pool. friendly and helpful staff. city centre was 10 minutes away from us, you should go there by car or taxi. But this was not problem for us. Everything was great.
