There is noise from eight in the morning until the evening due to maintenance. They did not offer any apology for the inconvenience, while I asked them to delay checkout until 1:30 p.m. instead of 12:00 p.m., and they refused.

We were lucky enough to have a mosquito net in front of the room windows, not every room of our party had it.

Nice breakfast included in room rate. Restaurant also serves dinner. Nice views from up there. Free water provided in room and replenished every day.

Booking has the hotel location address on another place. I spent 45 minutes when i first arrived there searching for the hotel. If you want to get the right address do not click on the address on Booking. You want to type in the hotel name in google maps. it will take you directly to the hotel.

we are a family of two adults,one child and an infant. Definitely this place is what you want to stay at if you are a family and are skeptical abt safety. close to everything and most importantly is very safe. Very friendly staff specially Reception manager Mr. Osman. Also , the lady works there is super nice. bell boys are very supportive and helpful. Honestly all of the staff are professional and it shows that they deeply care abt you and your comfort. I stayed there for abt a week. The first night i had stayed in one room that was right above main the entrance room #112. I was bothered by the smoke and smell of the cigarettes whenever someone smokes at the entrance. After talking to reception manager Mr. Osman , he was so helpful and understanding and got me another room on the 4th floor with both sides ( full mountain & partial sea view). The hotel officials did really good job when entrusted a manager such as Mr. Osman on this hotel. If am coming to Ordu again, am not gonna waste a single minute searching for hotels. It is gonna be Sinema hotel again.

Front desk and restaurant staff are unfriendly and not suited for the hospitality industry. They do not greet, smile nor acknowledge the presence of their guests. Thankfully this doesn't deter from the rest of the hotel. The cleaning staff are polite and courteous The bed is extremely soft. You sink in the bed. There is no light in the main room area making the room very dull. There are numerous lights in the bathroom. I picked up food poisoning after breakfast on the last day. The only thing I ate differently to my husband was the brinjal.

Hotel is conveniently located on the Ordu beachfront surrounded by restaurants and a lovely shopping area. We had room 206 which was a lovely corner room with 2 sets of windows giving us views of the mountain and sea. The bathroom was comfortable with a large shower and large sink.
