From start to finish, staying at the Hotel Sultania was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had! The staff was so lovely and went above and beyond to help me with everything from booking taxis to navigating a how to ship a purchase back home. The room was delightful, the spa was heavenly, the breakfast was delicious and the location can’t be beat! 10/10

rooms are stunning, breakfast superb, location is right int he middle of the best spots, walking distance to most things. Very helpful staff, great Turkish bath experience onsite.

I found this hotel to be exceptional - especially for price - from its beautiful, well cared for rooms and their keep, to wonderful breakfasts.. All staff were exemplary. We chose via the hotel a private guide - terrific. Housekeeping, laundry, everything excellent. I will be back.

A lovely boutique hotel with friendly and helpful staffs. The location is excellent walking distance to most attractions. Located off the main street with many restaurants at your doorstep. Afternoon tea was a bonus too. Highly recommend

To me this is not a 4 star hotel, but a nice 3 star, the quality of the fittings etc just isn’t luxury. The lift shared with another hotel was weird. Communal area downstairs could work much better. And they shouldn’t describe the tiniest balcony as a terrace - very misleading. Armchair in the room would be better

Great location and lovely hotel..easy to walk to many of the main attractions and the tram stop is very nearby. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There was an excellent choice at breakfast every morning and complimentary afternoon tea.

Although we had a balcony, the smell and noise from neighbouring air conditioning systems and vents made sitting out on it unappealing. In the spa we paid extra for the use of the sauna and hamam, the hotel information gave the impression that you’d have soap etc for the hamam but actually nothing was provided, so it wasn’t really worth paying extra for.

The hotel was situated in the heart of the old city so ideal for getting around. The room was large and comfortable, with a lovely welcome treat and info about the sultania. The breakfast was good with a large choice. The hotel staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly.

Great location close to all main sites and multiple transport options. Large rooms with comfortable beds, impeccable cleaning and many small pleasant details. Amazing breakfast buffet with a great selection of fresh food. All the staff is incredibly kind, helpful and going the extra mile to make the customer enjoy the stay.

The room faced the air conditioning fan from the building opposite so was a little noisy. Other rooms may have been quieter.

- apart from room size ( which is expected when booking), everything else works wonder !!

We only stayed there for 1 night before heading out to other cities but we were very impressed. - Early check-in: Our international flight arrived at 6 am and they gave us early check-in so we can rest and refresh from long flight before our sightseeing begins. They said it's not usually guaranteed but they will try to accommodate it if it's available. - Room : Although a bit small to fit 2 luggages, room is actually very comfortable. And the bed, so comfy and we rested very well in it after our long flight and full day of activities. The balcony opens out to get fresh air is good. - Location : So easy to get to and from any where in Sultana Ahmet by walking in a short time, but not too busy or touristy neighborhood. It has a lot of restaurant options around there. - Breakfast : Quality ingredients and fresh. The quality really surprises and delights us. - Facilities: In-door heated swimming pool is nice and foc. But we didn't have chance to try as we only stay for a night. Hotel has rooftop restaurant, and we had dinner there. It offers the nice view of Hagia Sofia and the food is very good !!
