The room where I was stay need a rennovation , and in my opinion need a refresh all hotel. At the reception need to have ppl who speak english better than I had found , sometimes was difficult communicate with them.

I was uphold that my room was change for a smaller one when the AC was not working. The information was communicated after I spend 2 terrible night with the heat and got a small room instead with the AC. I would have rather have it fix. The communication about this situation could be handled better.

The personal of the hotel were very helpful. They service was on point and I really enjoyed encounter with them each day. My overall stay was blessed by them.

The location was a bit off. It was a nice and safe neighborhood but it was quite uphill and it was difficult to find a taxi. We walked a lot because of that but if you don’t mind walking it’s great. Besiktas is beautiful so it’s a nice walk

The hotel stuff was wonderful. Especially the guys at the reception that helped us with every question we might have had. And okran if I’m not mistaken, who bought us every morning breakfast to our room was too kind. They upgraded our room to a very nice jacuzzi suite with a nice view. The hamam was ok too. I’d choose this place again on my next visit to Istanbul

the cleanness and facilities were very normal and at some points less, there wasn’t any heaters working, especially that i got a cold and needed to keep warm. the housekeepers lost a pair of shoes of mine which wasn’t good at all. for me it was a pair of shoes but what if it was something valuable and important? and getting a taxi was very complicated, the last day i had to wait more than one hour to get a taxi with my luggage

Property was not well maintained, many things were broken, it was a misnomer to describe it a luxury suite. It most certainly was not. As a traveller used to better comforts it was adequate and this is reflected in my rating and comments

It’s a place to stay and have lovely people look after you. Being a boutique hotel don’t expect to have a hotel chain expectation attached.

Hursit and Tulay are the beutiful hearted house keeping managers that keep this place as it is. It’s well decorated with its Turkish decoration. Lovely terrace for seating and they do all they can to make your stay wonderful. And ozken from the first morning brings so much warmth and happiness to the place makes the breakfast time very special. It is a very family orientated hotel and is so lovely to be looked after by them.

They do not have a restaurant or cafe on site, so breakfast was served by their partners in the boxes. Each person got some cheese, bread and butter - we would rate it poorly. The hotel is quite old and needs some renovations.

It was a business trip so the location for us was a perfect, quiet place and everything we needed we reached by taxi. Staf was friendly although bearly spoke any English. One of the colleagues didn't like a room because of the bad smell and stuff kindly did upgrade without charging extra, that was very nice of them.

The rooms need complex refreshing! The bathroom was old and the ceiling mouldy. The kitchenette is not equipped in anything except water boiler. The lobby where the breakfast was to be served was deserted and cold. The breakfast was very poor.

Standard rooms are smaller than it looks in the pictures. You have to call and ask for a brush and toothpaste from reception. No slippers in the room, although I have asked from reception, they didn't give me any.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The SPA center is highly recommended, you can have a massage which is done by real experts.

Overall the apartment seemed old and needs renovation. The cleaning was not good, as my son while walking with bare feet always had dirty feet. The apartment has a kitchen and this is one of the reasons why we booked it - to be able to cook. When we arrived the shelves of the kitchen were completely empty. There was nothing in the kitchen, not even a glass. I immediately asked the reception to bring us the kitchen stuff. They brought only few items: 4 plates, folks, table knifes, spoons, 1 saucepan, 1 frying pan. I had to return the lady to bring at least glasses (she offered to bring them the next day). That was it. Then several times I asked to bring us pots, kitchen knife, soup bowls, kitchen towels. But nothing. I have what to compare with as we moved to another apart hotel from this one and there was everything, even the oil and dish-washing liquid. Breakfast was pretty basic (traditional Turkish). I asked to cook cereal or yogurt for the baby (was ready to pay extra), again, they promised to have it the next day but nothing happened. Also the first day some of us were leaving before the breakfast started and the night before I asked to deliver my breakfast to the room (to eat it after we come back), but that request was never honored.

The staff was very smiley and polite all the time, helped us with the suitcases and a baby stroller (there are steps). The size of the apartment is good. The beds were comfortable and the bed sheets were changed often.

It was awfully dirty, walls and ceiling were peeling off, bed sheets was so dirty so I had to sleep in outdoor clothes cause it was disgusting, the toilet and bathroom was dirty as well, furniture looks older than me. In the room there was no kettle. Breakfast wasn’t good too, they gave me old bread. When I was checking in the guy on reception didn’t speak English at all, he couldn’t answer my questions, he was rude. Definitely the worst experience I’ve had
