Windows were closed very well and are not anti loud noises from outside, believe me Taksim and car horns are very loud. The breakfast at the building beside the one of start hotel which is their partner hotel. Breakfast was very much below average, not that well organized and the staff were not tidy. But nice view over the city.

The internet connection was very poor in my room in the sixth floor. The room service was fine but they forgot to put the toilet paper several times. The beds were too small for two persons.

The staff were nice especially Tarek. The room was clean. The location is good.

the Ac dose not work maybe its normal to shut it down during winter. even when we talk the reception i am not electrician. we stay because we paid already but i will not make this mistake again.

hotel was let down - needs more care, cleaning, furniture was broken. breakfast was poor, not fresh, very small choice. we had cockroaches in our bathroom, the next day, however, we were given another room. when booking a room it says it has a balcony, it does not have a balcony. water quality from the tub was not good. curtains were not hanging properly. bathroom window had mold around it. fridge had only 2 waters. and fridge was not cleaned properly- it had yellow stains.

We did not like that there is no air conditioner, you have to ask the reception to turn it on and the room was a bit cold

We loved its location and the room we booked with a Bosphorus view. There is noise at night from music, the light in the room is uncomfortable. Toilets were not cleaned for us all day, only made the bed and changed bags in a trash can. I wanted to pay cash at the receipt but the clerk already charged the credit card without asking me and it's a shame. The breakfast at the nearby hotel is below all criticism. The staff at the reception are very nice and very helpful.

Breakfast is ordinary to say the least. The lobby is unclean with no facilities and no staff at times. The rooms were not provided as booked. Lights flick and turn on and off in the middle of the night.

The wifi wasn't working but the staff helped fixing the problem. You can hear the noise from the rooms next to you. There is a pub near our room so it was loud but not hard to fall asleep.

The location is close to Taksim square, the metro station and the bus station. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was always clean.

The room was not cleaned for 2 days. We had to ask at the reception for cleaning but after that immediately somebody came to do it. Breakfast was not the greatest choice and the offer got less every day (no juice, no bread on the 2nd day) so we skipped it finlly on the last day

The location is good and close to Taksim metro station with plenty of options to eat and drink The hotelroom is small but very nice and the view was breathtaking.
