Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Costa RicaThere were problems with our room at check-out. We requested 2 beds and got a one-bed room. Nonetheless, the staff tried hard to accomodate us. We had to change rooms again next day. But they were very gracious about it.

FranceThe power shut down in the area for a whole night during my stay : so no water...but NO WATER AT ALL...No shower, no functionnal toilets !!!!...AWFUL... This made me leave the hotel at 6.00am the day after. The other main problem for me was the Front Desk.. I work in hotels for almost 10 years now and never in my life have i ever seen a staff with such nonchalence : smoking chicha in the lobby, on the phone and you have to wait for them to finish their conversation to be able to ask them a few questions - not willing to help. They did the minimum. Also, they did not talk English that much. I would go there again nontheless.
The location is great, room is comfy and clean. The cleaning ladies were really nice. Breakfast was very good. I liked it overall.

RomaniaThe air conditioner was stoping every 5 minutes. The cleaning lady took my sleepers every day and the towels (ever though i spexificaly asked her to not take them). The tv was not working (they tryed fixing it 3 times). I asked for a room at a lower floor considering i was traveling with 2 people over 70, they said they have elevator ang gave me a room at the 5-th floor (the elevator stops at 4-th floor)
Breakfast was ok. But same every morning

United KingdomCould do with some improvements. The fan in the bathroom was a little loud. Would be nice if bedding was changed daily. The hotel would be perfect if some improvements and renovations were done to make the rooms nicer and fix damages.
Very close to shops and local amenities. Not too crowded which was perfect for us. Friendly staff and good service. Very nice breakfast and morning staff excellent.

BulgariaFirst of all I didn’t feel the usual Turkish hospitality at that place, the breakfast was poor, the fridge was shutting down every time when I was leaving the room, i.e. impossible to be used for the purpose, the water in the bathroom had no enough pressure and changing hot/cold for no reason, etc.

Ukrainewhile booking rooms I notified that we needed one room with separate beds. but when we came we did not get what we wanted. They gave us rooms on the last floor… it was soooo hot inside, I could not sleep because of hot weather and because of noice because walls were so thin. Breakfast is not good at all…. all furniture is old… when I came to my room I did not have a curtain on the window. Receptionist told me that it was broken and they can fix it but why did not they fix before I came to room? Also I had problems with cold water! When we came weather was 30 degree and there was not cold water in the shower! We came to Business Sumit in Istanbul. and we needed to iron our suits but receptionist told us that irons are not allowed in hotels… I was like what? first time I heard it in my life! pictures are not same as a real room but with asking we have got iron after 2 days… definitely I do not recommend this hotel , definitely do not recommend
There were only two good things: cleaning and location. That’s all.
