The personnel is very attentive. The breakfast was nice and abundant, Erhan, the hotel worker in dining room was very attentive and polite. Seda also helped us with sightseeings in Istanbul and was very attentive. Thank you guys

The location was super since it is very close to Sultanahmet Square, just 5-8 mins walk. Hotel staff specially Mr Erhan and Ms Seda were so much cordial with guests having Breakfast and were keen to guide them regarding Istanbul specialities.

Continental breakfast was excellent. Very delicious fresh soup everyday. a variety of cheese, honey, jam, halva, tahini, corn flex, eggs, fresh fruits. tea and coffee, milk..... cake and sweet deserts. It was great.

Wonderful place to rest! we felt looked after by everyone at the hotel - amazing hosts. We are grateful to Seda and Mohamed for the welcome, who made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Our daughter adore Seda 😊 They gave me a surprise for my birthday, with the participation of everyone :) Erhan from the restaurant was very kind too and took care of our comfort every morning, for which we are very grateful! The hotel is clean, cozy and in a very good location to the main attractions.

I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The daily cleaning service was impeccable, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Excellent location of the hotel in Sultan Ahmed neighborhood. Very varied and delicious breakfast. A variety of coffee drinks were always available using the coffee machine. Erhan, Sida and Ihsan were very kind and provided a friendly atmosphere in the hotel.

Maybe stairs should be acousticly improved with carpets... Also the room doors slams too hard, they need some rubber seals.

The room was small and quite noisy at night also bright from street lighting. Late neighbours in the next room could be heard talking.

The location was close to the blue mosque and Haga Sophia. lots of restaurants close by.

Our room were bit congested. Not so much space in room and also in bathroom.

This hotel is located in a great location with walkable distance to main attractions. Lots of restaurants and small supermarkets are nearby. Service provided by the staffs were exceptional. During breakfast Erhan and the lady from guest relations assisted us with great pleasure. Staffs were super friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel if you are planning your trip to Istanbul.

I was disappointed to find out that the spa facilities were not included, i didnt see it anywherw being mentioned that it was extra charge. The room was small which is ok since we passed most of the day outside but passing from one side of the bed to the other was sooo narrow that you had to cross sideways carefully not to hit on the tv stand.

The location was amazing. The hotel was very clean. The staff very friendly. Even though its at a very busy street once your window is closed you cant hear much. Beds were comfortable too.

Sound insulation is very poor, we could hear our neighbour’s TV very well and people walking in and above us. No blackout curtains as well.

Location is great - super close to Old City attractions. Staff were really helpful. The rooftop bar you see in the picture is actually a separate establishment but hotel guest receive 10% discount.
