The furniture need to be well maintained. Leaked bath tube, the cover of the white bench need to be cleaned.

The location is strategic. In the city center close to the main attractions. The hotel stuffs are friendly and very informative.

Cleaning of the room, bathroom and outside carpets need to be improved significantly. During my 4 day stay, only the beds were made, and the towels changed. The floor was not cleaned and the furniture not wiped down.

The location was perfect as it was directly in front of Gulhane Tram Station. The room was cosy and comfortable with extra cupboards. The guy at reception was extremely friendly and welcoming.

The room has many things that need to fix like shower, toilet paper holder ect. The breakfast didn't have many choices , just the necessary.

The location is the best thing,the staff especially Ata from the reception who is very friendly and professional and helped me in fixing the safety deposit box as soon as I have informed him,the bed is very comfortable

A bit noisy, rooms where they're overlooking the tramway.

Walking distance to majority places; such as Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi and Basilica Cistern. Worth to stay for the price.

Everything. The staffs, the room, the location... The staff are super helpful and friendly. They will help you in a way you won't expect. If you have issues, tell them. If you have a request, tell them. They will try to help you however they can.

Rooms small and tight, am 6ft and had a few issues. Breakfast very basic.

very good location, walking distance to hagia Sofia, blue mosque and the bazaar. Tram station right outside. Food shops all along the road. Clean rooms with all usual amenities. Reception staff really nice and helpful especially gentleman on the day shift.

Stayed for a couple of nights in December. Very nice and helpful stuff at the reception desk, big comfy bed and spacious closets. The bathroom was clean and in good condition. Loved the location, easy access to all the tourists sights and public transport.

Leakage from ceiling in the toilet but it was a force majeure.

Stuff was really helpful. We had a bit of a leakage in the toilet, they try to fix it but problem were coming from neighbouring shop, because of it we got a complimentary breakfast. Ata was really nice and helpful, he provided us with infos we asked and it was really helpful. So five stars to Ata, also other stuff were really respectful and nice. All in all i would recommend the place!

I didn’t like the fact that the photos look like this on the page but the actual room we got was a lower standard, also this is NOT a soundproof hotel as we had complaints from the neighbours even though we made no noise, if you’re coming for surgery stay in a hospital- don’t ruin other people’s holidays.

I loved the location, everything is accessible from here. Also I especially loved the receptionists, there was Ziyad during the day and then another lovely gentleman throughout the night and they are exceptional in their hosting abilities and go above and beyond for the hotel guests, they were a lovely breath of fresh air in such a busy city, thank you so much guys.

Location just infront of Gulhane tram station. Walking distance to Hagia/Blue mosque/Bazaar/Eminonu pier and place of interest. Staff(Ziyad) was knowledgeable about current situation and speaks good english/Arabic. Ziyad allow me to store my 3 luggage while going to Bursa. Thks to all the staff.

They entered our room when we were out, without our permission even though later on it was confirmed to be a mistake at there end as they confused us with another guest. They did however appreciate apologised.

The location of the hotel is amazing, room were clean and tidy, staff very helpful. Changed our dates for holiday without any fuss. Highly recommended hotel.

Furnishing and quality feel much older / cheaper in person than the photos imply. Also not great sound proofing.

Very convenient location 10 minutes walk from Sultan Ahmet park. Team messaged me directly to confirm my reservation as I was, very late instead of auto-cancelling my stay.

The common areas are dirty. The majority of the rooms are also quite bad and small.

Our room (404) was ok and the bed was extremely large and comfortable - but we saw a budget room and was quite bad. Position is great.
