The heating facility was not available I slept cold overnight. so I asked for it to be fixed, and the staff solved it right away, so it became a warm stay.

It’s a very nice and cozy boutique hotel. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. We stayed in a Family room which has a small kitchenette and a living room. Staff is very helpful and always smiling. Breakfast was just delicious, specially the fresh salad and different yogurt based dips. Location is right next to Taksim square , walkable to tram station, everything is available within 5 mins walk. Special shoutout to Hasan for his fantastic last minute support in sending the bag we had left behind directly to the airport within 30 mins of us calling the hotel. Such gestures leave a lasting impression, whenever we are back in Istanbul , this hotel will be our choice.

Exceptional property and staff who catered well for my son. Will definitely return should we visit Istanbul in the near future. Everything was perfect. We experienced such amazing hospitality from all the staff who where always helpful.

Nothing really. the remote control needed some new batteries???!!!! :) seriously that was about the worst thing I could say about the place.

Just such a relaxing and charming place to stay. The location is really good - very easy to get around the city from there whilst being in a quiet street a short walk from Taksim Square transport links. Walkable down to the Bosporus ferries and easy to get back up the hill once you've found the funicular. Really beautifully appointed hotel with a quirky, homely style but all very high quality and clean. Independent feel with really lovely staff that are full of advice, very helpful and enthusiastic. Really nice freshly prepared breakfast every morning. We had the Bungalow suite on the top floor. The room was beautiful, clean, comfy with an amazing balcony with a sea view. Everything was perfect and the hotel was very good value. Charming little gem of a place. I very much doubt you would be disappointed staying here given the quality and value.

Little dated with AC not working properly. Also there was a lack of ventilation with little or no air inside the room making it a bit damp and humid. But overall it was a good stay

The location , the family room , the friendly staff ,the levant breakfast simple yet rish and tasty homemade, the polite behaviour with the checkout without pressuring , the neighborhood As a family we enjoyed every bit of it and surely we will come again They alliw cats to shelter inside and as friendly to them , the manager mehemet and hasan and the staf welcomes you always with a smile

Breakfast options could of been better

Location was good, near Taksim metro station but there is a steep hill you have to walk. Staff was friendly and the room itself had everything we needed. Overall was worth the price we paid

The Hotel is perfect for this price. Very frendly personal. Trere is not wide chose in breakfast meal, but it was tasty. The distanse from the Taksim squre is just 3 minutes. I higly recommend this hotel. If i will return to Stanbul, i will defenetly stay there again

We had a great stay at Marions. The hotel's location was convenient, the rooms were comfortable and clean. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure pur stay was enjoyable. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul!

There was a bit of noise from the club open nearby, at night.

Veli, is very exciting and friendly host. He answered all our queries and even gave us excellent tips about dinner/night drinks. One of the best reception services we have ever met.

It was really hot in the room because it was a room without a window, and we couldn't turn off the heating system or turn on the AC, but we never asked anyone about it, so it could have been solved.

The staff members are very nice, the location is amazing, the room was very clean and better than the pictures, the breakfast is good, and changes a bit from day to day, which I appreciate a lot.
