Very noisy since it located straight on the main street side. The walls are thin and you can hear what people are talking on the next room.

Staff were pleasant, and the location of the hotel was excellent. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We had a pleasant stay.

The pool was not very clean (there was some stains of dirt). The towels in Spa were clean but very used (old), and that's why I did not have a feeling that it was clean. The ladies who were cleaning the rooms were very helpful and cute, but when we were in the room (chilling, or just sleeping in the morning) they were all the time knocking on the door or calling us and that was a bit uncomfortable for us. (Maybe that's also our fault not to hang "do not disturb" note on the door, but still, I think when someone is in the room and it isn't empty, its not needed to knock on the door (for couple of times) especially in the morning. The breakfast was almost the same every morning, without choices, so I would recommend to make the menu a bit bigger.

Stuff was really good and helpful. We arrived at the hotel early in the morning, so we checked-in early without an extra charge. Hotel was generally clean and quiet. Location was also very good, near to the public transport.

Room 305 is massive and you can smoke! It smells of old cigarettes but if you want to smoke it’s the best room!

The bathroom wasn't the cleanest. The hotel has a pool, but different nights different rules, it's a bit interesting. Also if you have a place where you can relax please don't let the staff smoke cigarette, it's disgusting. Food was fine, however I missed a few lactose free options, or fruit.

It's really close to everything. Easy to get there. The staff at the reception was nice, and helpful. Easy to communicate before the travel.

the breakfast needs a change, as you only serve all cold food, only the hot food was eggs or potato. soup was nice but will be better if there was more option on hot food is served as everything else was ice cold. and some of the staff in the restaurant need to be little kind with guest. as always I felt I was spoken to rudly or as if I wasn’t welcomed. but over all it’s a nice hotel.

hotel is at a perfect spot. amazing staff especially erhan the manager was ever so helpful and kind.. he went out of his way to help in a lot of things. hotel was clean and comfortable and the house maids were very sweet aswel. I wasn’t happy with my first room but they changed it straight away and gave me a comfortable room.

Complimentary Bottled waters were only provided once during our entire stay for 4 nights.

They were very prompt to transfer us to another room as there was a problem with ours. Staff were helpful in facilitating our requests.

We did not like that swimming pool and sauna was not open when we finish walking through the Istanbul visiting attractions and historical sites. Pool was only open till 6 pm but we would stay in the city untill 8pm or 10 or 11 pm
