The breakfast was very simple, hot meal was poor, no juice, meat at all. Even the breakfast for complimentary for us, but they should upgrade it, because in a boutique hotel like this it is not enough for 10euros/pax/night.

The garden, the pool was amazing:-) They give us complimentary breakfast, thanks for it:-)

The swimming pool appeared to be much smaller than it could be judged by the picture.

Nice apartments, clean and well-kept. Fantastic view from the balconies as the hotel sits on the hill. The staff is very friendly and helpful though they speak very little English. Ideal when you travel with a car, otherwise the way from the beach up to the hill becomes too hard.

It is a bit of hike from the beach to the hotel if you want to stay on the beach. I saw people (not from this hotel) walking to the beach and back on the highway. It is not quite safe in my opinion, and walking back uphill could be a challenge. We didn't go to the beach so it was not our owner experience. I heard it was hard to find parking near the beach. We drove to the beach for dinner two nights, and didn't have any issues finding a parking.

The staffs were super friendly. We initially booked a family room on the bottom of the hotel. There were kind enough to switch a room on the top so my mom didn't need to walk down too many stairs. The hotel was meticulous taken care of. And the view is fantastic. It was the best hotel we had stayed for our Turkish trip so far.

You should be ready for wild nature around you :) Just be attentive not to let mantises and moths in. We also had some problems with fire alarm system last night - it became beeping periodically inside room in the night. Lack of tableware for 4 persons: especially cups and wine glasses.

Much space inside and terrace with beautiful view! Good location but it’s better to have car to get to the beach. Villa has its own history and you feel kind of “family atmosphere” there which is really special.There is a swimming pool in the territory. Breakfast is provided for additional cost. Room is good furnitured, big kitchen, much day light. And very supportive, hospitable and nice personnel! We loved our staying very much

The bed is not as clean as expected.

The environment is incredibly good and the swimming pool looks great. And the hosts are extremely enthusiastic and helpful at any time.

The food in the restaurant was very basic, the pillows were quite uncomfortable for us (both of us have back problems).

Gorgeous view, very friendly and responsive staff. Very quiet and private location hidden in trees.

Had some issues with air conditioning at the beginning but the staff was very helpful and made sure it was operational. Sharing a single bathroom was a bit difficult with three kids 🙂

The property has a great view and maintenance is decent. The property is a bit old but well architected.

Many thanks to this villa and its owners for a wonderful vacation! We were delighted with the wonderful views and location! The villa was very clean and comfortable, it has all the amenities for living, a lot of dishes, shampoos, shower gels, every room has air conditioning. Every little thing is thought out here and everything is done with soul and love for guests! Excellent service and staff who will always help and tell you all the information you need not only about the villa, but also about the city, interesting places, etc. We will be happy to come here again!

The location is on a hill, so coming back from the sea you have to take a minibus which is absolutely no problem at all - but walking is not really an option (parking at the seasode is due to the traffic and scarse parking not very much recommended). The surrounding resorts often have loud music playing (day&night).

It isvery remote, but still reachable with public transport. The staff is super nice and very welcoming, the pool and various living units are beautifully arranged and you have an amazing view over the sea.

Given wrong Wi-Fi password, so no Internet for most of our stay. The safe was locked open and they didn't know how to resolve it. Repair man still putting up towel rails when we arrived and for about an hour after. Only one cup in the kitchen. The steps outside are uneven and very steep. The road down to Olu Deniz is extremely busy and fast, so it's a nightmare getting into and out of the driveway.

The location is stunning, with great views over Olu Deniz.
