The hotel is in a district that is located on a hill and to get to it from the nearest transport, you have to climb streets and stairs.

The hotel is perfect, with a marvelous view of the Bosphorus from the main restaurant.The staff is amazing-smiling and very helpful. The district is quiet and very cozy.

There are some minor things which can be done a bit better. However, the hotel is quite renewed, so I guess this will be fixed. Some small things were missing in the room, such as big mirror in the room (we had only one in the bathroom), hangers for the towels , toilet brush. Breakfast room has a lovely city view. However, the breakfast itself could be more different, it would be also great to have more fruits and simple yougurt. Again, all these are just minor inconveniences.

We stayed for quite a long time in this hotel and we cannot make a better choice. The location is top, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, but at the same time you are not in the middle of the tourist crowds. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Staff is very kind and helpful, provided us with excellent advices for everything we needed. I highly recommend!

The staff could be a bit rude, although some were extremely kind. The breakfast is quite bad. The deluxe rooms don't really have views.

The hotel is extremely well located, making it walkable from both Taksim and the metro / Galata side.

I enjoyed my 3 nights stay at the hotel so much. All the staff I have encountered have been very hospitable and helpful. Knowing immediately that I'd be taken well care of, I travelled with much more reassurance and comfort as a solo tourist. A good variety of breakfast items are served with care and nice view of the Bosporus strait. Flexibility with check-in and checkout arrangements is a plus. I'll definitely consider booking with them again when planning a second visit to Istanbul!

Selcuk at the front desk was really helpful and knowledgeable. He gave great recommendations and found taxis for us. Friendly and polite. Would stay again. The location is excellent too. Must try DOGACIYAZ accross the street for breakfast, Mellow for drinks and food and Susam for lunch.

We were 10 days touring Turkey. We stayed in five different hotels. This was the only one where all the lights and all the plumbing worked. We were so happy we found a real hotel to finish our visit. Highly recommended this property!

Hangers for bath towels would be good to add

Excellent small hotel located in quite safe part of the city. High level service and very friendly staff, 24h reception, convinient room and bed, all was clean and looked new. I asked for quiet room and it was really quiet. I liked breakfast - you will always find there good and very fresh food. The view from restaurant is amazing. Also you can leave your suitcase in tgeir storage if needed. Next time in Istanbul I will defenitely stay in Villa Zurich.

Only breakfast needs a bit more variety. I stayed here for almost 20days and would have preferred different selection of salad, paastries and french toast or creps in the mix.

Everything was more than ok!

Amazing and fabulous stay. The place was absolutely amazing and very close to everything. In the heart of the city. Rooms were very clean and comfortable with one double and one single bed. Most important was that all staff was so friendly and kind. All we needed was given before even ask. The terrace has a beautiful view where we enjoyed our breakfast. This hotel is definitely value for money and we will be back soon !! Thank you !

Amazing hotel with super clean room and bathroom. I had small issue with noise in my room due Saturday party going in a restaurant but they changed my room straight away and I didn’t have no issue whatsoever. Great location only 10 mins to Taksim. Love the hotel
