The management of the hotel and the security manager Of the hotel got into a dispute with my 17 your old son on the 26th of October 2023 and a security manager assaulted my son. The security manager grabbed him by the throat and pushed him. Then the general manager and the security manager chased him out of the hotel saying he couldn’t stay there anymore in front of me, my wife and my children.

The food menu was great and had good variety. The staff were polite and resourceful. Bars were fantastic. One of the wonderful features of this hotel is the presence of a great violinist "Baris Ozturk" who his lovely playing caresses your soul.

some cleanliness issues, the second day we've noticed sewage smell from the bathroom. The honey offered as "whole" honeycomb the last four days unfortunately was not available. the breakfast sausage was not fresh most of it.

very kind and helpful staff. the location is really strategic and the activities inside the resort were really entertaining. the food was the best part in the hotel, mesmerizing indeed.

It would be unfair to pick on anything in particular. The Resort made sure that they catered for all of our needs and the lobby bar staff were superb.

For all of the meals, Breakfast, lunch and dinner there was always a variety of choices. Kids loved the pancakes with choc spread One could eat as much as they liked They catered for everyone’s needs The SPA was out of this world. Very pleasant and accommodating staff. I’m going to call out Tulsay and Nazli for their professionalism 😁😁 ….they were just GREAT!!!!

The food was always the same and not very tasty. The sweets had very bad taste, in fact, they didn't have any taste at all! Except the oriental ones and one with the coconut taste, which my girlfriend has found, quite occasionally. The cake was always the same, only in a different color. Except the one with the blue eyes, and maybe one more, all the waiters from the beach club haven't been kind and they have been closing the club half an hour earlier.

I liked very much our second room on the fourth floor, because of the sea view. I was especially satisfied with the wooden platform with the sun beds, above the water. Kebab was delicious. Our maid, Elmas, from the first floor, did the great job, the room was always tidy. Umut, from the reception desk was especially kind and generous, all the girls from there were also very helpful and pleasant. Many waiters from the main restaurant were kind and helpful. The young man from the coffee house has been making a great espresso and the ice cream from there was delicious. Döner from the beach club was tasty. The barman from the club was pleasant. Pancakes with the chocolate cream for breakfast in the main restaurant were nice. Tuna from the spa salon did me a great massage. Sasha from the same place was very kind. While we were coming back to the hotel from the excursion to Cappadokia, on October the 22nd, the doorman was very welcoming. Generally, we liked our stay in the hotel that much, that we stayed in couple days more than we planned to!

Nothing is close by walking distance, the water sports are very expensive. Food is not wow, boring and repetitive. Don't bother booking the Al a carte. The food was not nice

The hotel was clean, the cleaner was sooo nice. The view from our room was amazing. The coffee house has amazing ice cream, the patisserie was nice, the hot chocolate was go to every night. Infinity pool has beautiful view of the sea. The snack bar has the BEST FOOD in the hotel way better than the buffet.

Often some glasses and plates in the main restaurant seemed dirty. The cleanliness of our room was not that good. There was some litter from previous guests under the furniture, our room was not vacuumed, nor the shower was cleaned during our 10 day stay. The elevators. They work terribly. The beach was ok, but really small and after several days of our stay there was trash left from some guests. What annoyed the most is the spa and their aggressive approach to book a massage. Although there's in the description that some services are included in the booking price, only the sauna (which broke down) and the turkish bath is in the price, everything else is extra.

All the staff, especially the bartenders and waiters were great and always there for us. The food was ok, there was pleanty of choice. The snack bar (where a la cartè food is served) is a nice place to have a quick meal with a great view at the sea. The hall at the reception (and the entire lobby) was pretty neat and clean. The main restaurant was quite clean as well.

I enjoyed my stay in the hotel, we had great holidays! The hotel has wonderful interior and it feels very cosy. Everyone is so nice there. I enjoyed to chat with stuff working in “coffee house”. The security in the hotel they are very kind and polite at the same moment they are doing their job properly and are keeping guests calm and safe. Huge thanks to the animation team, especially Kasper and Nisa, it’s been a pleasure to go out to clubs!

Everything is really great in the hotel. The animator Cristiano Ronaldo really made us laugh and really deserved to be praised! Children adore him. cristiano ronaldo is a wonderful man and his pranks made us laugh a lot all day

Wi-Fi is better than feared. A little unstable. Sometimes very good. Other times useless. When the hotel is close to being fully booked, there will be some noise and queues in the restaurant and by the bars. Around dinnertime there is also a bit of queue by the lifts, so recommend using the stairs if you can. Lots of people, and always music and something going on by the pool. Therefore the beach is recommended for those who want it completely quiet. Various salesmen and promoters around the hotel that some will probably be annoyed by, but will emphasize that none of them are intrusive or troublesome. They are friendly people who try to earn a living. But they are there. Childrens disco is the same every day. Still, children appear to be loving it.

Reception: Attentive, helpful and friendly. Speaks good English. Would especially like to thank Utum for fantastic help and service on arrival as it turned out to be something wrong in the booking which could have caused problems. Cleanliness: impeccable. Very neat and clean throughout the hotel. Free use of in-room safe. A special thanks to Kadirya who was in charge of our room during our stay. Made fun shapes out of the bedspreads that the kids thought were really fun. Food & beverage: Large, varied and tasty buffet with something for everyone. Big plus for own outdoor charcoal grill and chefs who make pasta dishes according to the guests' wishes. Large and impressive dessert buffet. A small minus for some of the cakes were lacking som taste. Coffee house, on the other hand, offers fantastic ice cream and a good selection of coffee. The beach restaurant offers simple but mostly tasty lunch dishes. Good beer and otherwise a good selection of drinks. The hookahs(water pipes) in the vitamin bar is worth a try. Costs extra, but it's worth it. Spa and Hamam: Located downstairs. Friendly staff. Treatment costs extra, but is good value for money. A special thanks to therapist Ozcan. Pool and water slides: The pools appear to be very clean. Crystal clear water and comfortable water temperature. The water slides are not among the largest, but you get good speed and are therefore fun for both adults and children. Beach: not very big, but nice and clean. Well suited for swimming with small children. Swimming from the pier is recommended for adults and youths. Entertainment: The hotel has its own dedicated entertainment team that provides morning, day and evening activities and entertainment. The team does a very good job of engaging and entertaining the guests. Some fun activities and competitions by the pool during the day. Good and varied entertainment in the evenings. Popular childrens disco every night before the adult show starts.

The staff were rude very very rude. Told us to shut up a few times and also not many of them speak or understand English so hard to communicate. When sat around the pool every single member of staff haggle you for something and don’t take no for an answer. Upon leaving the hotel we found ourselves in a altercation with the man on reception who was demanding we pay €60 for a tattoo we had never got! He tried to cancel our transfer to the airport that was sat waiting for us outside and himself and his colleagues were rude angry and not letting us leave even though we shown them our body and that we did not have a tattoo. Only when we decided to call the police ourselves did they let us go.

The layout of the hotel and the beach was absolutely beautiful. Water slides also good. Entertainment funny a little bit rude for children but all the same funny.
