Breakfast was a bit over the top, they brought excess food, Turkish breakfast is rich, but it shouldn't go overboard. We wish they had a heated pool or with the local thermal water

Ali, the owner, is always present and makes you feel at home. The offered transport into town for dinner, and more importantly to the ruins, which made a huge difference to have the best possible visit. It is a very authentic Turkish hotel, nice local decor

Only one light in the bathroom left the shower really dim. The a/c didn’t seem to work. Thankfully it wasn’t hot while we were there. We just opened a window and turned on our travel fan.

Excellent location and a clean, comfortable room. Breakfast was amazing. Service was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable.

The owner Ali, his family and staff can’t do enough for you. Breakfast was out of this world. Every time you enter hotel you are offered something to drink, even snacks. The pool area has nice comfortable seating, hotel decorated to a high standard. The rooms are large, comfortable, bedrooms cleaned daily with fresh towels, toiletries and water. I can honestly say it has been one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Even though it is a hotel, it felt like I was staying in a family home, I was so well treated. It was a pleasure to stay here. I am sad to be leaving.

The staff was amazing and welcomed us like family. Beautiful location with walking distance to everything in Pamukkale. My son will be visiting Pamukkale in the summer and staying in this hotel. I recommend it to anyone visiting this amazing area.

There is simply nothing to dislike about this property.

The property itself is fantastic, but the really truly thing that sets this Hotel apart from all others is Ali and his wonderful staff. There is simply not too much to say to people who treat you like royalty. We both have traveled around the world and seldom have we encountered the kind of hospitality that we received at the Pamukkale Whitehaven Suite Hotel. From our arrival, to breakfast to Ali helping us with all of our travel needs. This is the place that you want to stay when you are going to Pamukkale!

The room needs a facelift.

I loved the staff. They made you feel as if it were your home. They had a traditional Turkish breakfast which was quite a production and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Rooms here are spacious and well-maintained. The decor is perfect for the location. The breakfast was exceptional. There were easily 20 small plates delivered to each table. Not a buffet but directly to the table. There was plenty for each of the three of us and we couldn't eat all of the food provided. Breakfast included traditional Turkish breakfast offerings. Staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay offering bottled water and directions for local points of interest.

It was a bit noisy. Our room was right above the pool and I could hear people talking there until midnight. The walls are also on a thinner side. We woke up (unintentionally) together with the guests in the adjacent room. They were probably also a bit loud packing and getting ready for the day at 5 am.

Location is great. It’s within walking distance to Pamukkale lower gate and to all the restaurants.

The location and the breakfast is very good.They served fully vegetarian breakfast and tried hard to make a lot of varieties. Mr.Oliver & other staff is very good ,helpful.Oliver made our stay very comfortable.He guided about the neighbourhood and also sent to very famous turkish Hammam .What an amazing experience!

Location is on the main road, you can walk to market area and enjoy the frontal view of the spring.
