Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. It was difficult to find the conference room and the staff was not particularly friendly. It is also difficult to follow what was deducted from my credit card.
The room was great, as well as the bathroom. Location was excellent and the conference facilities were outstandingly good. The breakfast was good.

The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, offering a comfortable retreat after a day of exploration. But there were minor inconveniences like cigarette odor from the air conditioner and low hot water pressure.
My recent stay with my daughter at the Whyndham Grand Istanbul Kalamis Marina was truly memorable. The attentive service from the staff, including the exceptional assistance from concierge Yigit and Eren made me feel truly valued as a guest. One standout feature was the excellent breakfast spread, offering a variety of delicious options to suit every palate. - Air conditioning, I agree that a lot of guest prefer high temperature but I recommend to ask the guest before check in to adjust the AC accordingly. - Check out calls, even with informing them and agreeing to late check out , reminder calls was noisy. - the room is small

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable The service was very good, and our stay was so relaxing, the staff is very friendly especially ( YİĞİT TÜREL) he was very helpful

The execute suite which they say is 72sqm is certainly not that size! It’s more towards 40-45sqm. I would’ve instead booked 2 rooms as there was only 1 bathroom and it was small. I was really disappointed that I wasn’t informed that all 3 swimming pools in the hotel will be closed. I went for a family holiday and to not have access to this was a big disappointment. My son was really looking forward to it and he was left upset.
The hotel was located near the marina which was great. It offered lots of restaurants and places to eat for families. The concierge staff were absolutely fantastic, specially Yigit, Emir and Ali. They went above and beyond at all times.

I don´t know why everywhere on the world, hotel bed mattresses and pillows are just too soft. Maybe because of it looks rich and full and glam ?! But hard matresses and small and compact pillows are just better for sleep and health.
We liked the quiet and peaceful area of the usually busy Istanbul. Very helpful stuff, the view to Marina Port and of course the superb breakfast. Great :) Not to forget the large pool on the roof, just amazing.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Wyndham Kalamis and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was warmly greeted by Anday and Yusuf at the front desk, who made the check-in process seamless. Throughout my stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Special thanks to Yusuf and Ferdi for their outstanding hospitality. The room was not only spacious but also impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The amenities at the resort were fantastic, with breathtaking views of the Kalamis Marina adding an extra touch of luxury to my stay.
