On the website it stated that there was breakfast, lunch and dinner only to get there to see that there was not a proper kitchen and I was told that the kitchen was under constuction. When I called it was that shuttle from and to the airport is included but when I checked in the guy tried to let me pay USD $10 for shuttle bus back to the airport but luckily the lady was nice and followed the rules of the hotel.

It's not far from the airport, and the shuttle service was fast.

The bathroom and toilet area need a big upgrade! For example: More bath towels, wash clothes, racks to hang your towels on, a toilet paper rack!

The hotel gives :Jeffrey Dahmer' vibes. Very low lighting. The television did not work well. A cockaroach come in the room THREE times!! I had to keep the lights on and scare it away. Then when I left, it was happily sitting on the wall. I'm all for seniors staying employed but the hotel shuttle driver did not have any strength to put my bags in the shuttle. Another passenger had to load them in. He also did not see us the first time so he came and left us at the airport. No real food available. It was just very shabby. NOT WORTH $170 per night!! At all!

Washroom door was defective, room door was defective and could not close properly so we felt unsafe. The sunlight shine from the bedroom onto your face.

The staff weren’t helpful. The shuttle was irregular (not reliable). The carpet has seen better days. The hotel is in DESPERATE need of attention.

The bed was big. The aircon worked. The pool looked nice. It’s better than sleeping on the airport floor.

The parking area could be better, the toilet handles wasn’t working properly, the room smells like mold. The facility could use a bit more attention to the maintenance of the property. Paying for shuttle service after 1AM.

The length of time to get the hotel to answer the call to send the shuttle service offered. They are aware of the booking and flight time the shuttle should be sent in-advance.

I agreed to book the same hotel for my overnight layover because I was satisfied with the first layover stay a few days before. But this time the room couldn't be more different from advertised: no chair, two beds instead of one, with one of them actually blocking the wardrobe, the ceiling looked like it was about to fall on me, the internal manual lock on the entrance door was only half present (so it didn't actually serve as a lock). The light switch was far from the bed I chose. And there was no window in the room at all! Only walls. Conclusion: I slept, woke up and was happy to leave because this room should not be offered in its present condition.

The Hotel desperately needs some upgrades. The towels and sheets look like they've been there since the place open. It's soon disgusting. They look brown and so old with holes. The room is so small and dingy, the bed ws actually against the window. The soundproofing sucks. I could hear the people in the room next to me even though they weren't loud. The bed had a sink in the middle. The lobby is the only thing that looks new. They should spend some money to ensure the guest room looks the same.

The convience of the free airport shuttle. And they have Netflix.
